I changed over from another company who advertised one price for an SMS to New Zealand yet I was always charged double this. Despite saying they would look into it they never did and stopped answering my emails! I can therefore recommend SMSGlobal as they charge me a good rate and I've had no problems with delivery.

We have been dealing with Cannon, he has been providing an excellent services to our huge org. with his swift actions..we are very happy with the services.

I've had a really excellent experience with this company and their system. it's user friendly and easy to use, especially that I don't have a real experience sending SMS before. And the most important thing that I always have an account officer assigned to our account to help me troubleshoot any problem.
Cannon - the account officer - is always here to help even during weekends and out of office hours and does not have any problem to solve any problem from his end on behalf of me.

Our experience with SMS Global and our account manager Cannon Mascarenhas is pretty good. I would recommend their service to other companies.

To be honest it has been so convenient to use the portals and to tell staff to do the activities and result we have got from the same is excellent. Highly recommend services of SMS global.

Fantastic Service!
Upon recently being appointed as CFO/COO of an existing client of SMSGlobal I found myself short on credits for a campaign and overdue on delivery. Sonny Phan sorted this out in a matter of hours with the campaign successfully delivered. Very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism received.

Have been using this for a few years now. Late last year we were looking to step up the number of SMS we would be sending out. Francisco was fantastic and helped us to find the best solution!
