We have been using SMSGlobal for a year now and couldn’t recommend this company and service enough. SMS has completely transformed the way we communicate with our ‘sheros’, our donors and our partners, and the team at SMSGlobal have been amazing in helping us on our journey. A really valued asset to our business.

Been with SMSGlobal for over a year now. Using SMS to connect with our customers has made our communication processes much more straightforward, and SMSGlobal have been a great company to work with. The support staff are quick to help with anything and have made sending messages really easy for us.

we are using SMS global for our online e-commerce website for login and registration opt SMS. this is the 2nd time their service go offline in 3 months. last time go offline for 5 days. and this time from Thursday 12 Oct 2018 1:34:53 AM and until now 13-10-2018-15:31. still not live. because of there bad service this time we lose around 50000 AED Sale. friday our office close our customer service also close. so the hole Friday user cannot log in or register through SMS. only through email user place order. Saturday morning we come office we know that there service not working. the have issue in there service but they don't inform there customer. the don't call us the don't message us and the even don't email us about there service down. so we can switch to another SMS partner immediately. Now, so we already integrate another SMS service. and will no more use them. I m thinking if a sale event or promotion event and their SMS service go down. mean the hole sale event where the company spends a lot of money to arrange the event. will be zero just because of them.

Bad experience. They almost destroy all of our clients database in one day.

Outages, failures and timeout are quite common. Even when the "system" is up and running, our end users complained a lot about not receiving the sms... Whenever we reached out to SMSGlobal they gave us a typical response from their support team after 6 days: BLA BLA BLA and now they don't refund us. Such a waste of time

We are a small business and have around 4,000 opt-in contacts. We decided to sign up with SMSglobal and uploaded just under 900 contacts to test the response rates first.
After waiting a while for payment to 'process'...(in this day and age!) we then compiled a campaign and clicked on the 'send' button - great we thought, we should see actions within the next few minutes at least, but no... we sent our SMS campaign at 13:24 and it's now 20:00 and still hasn't sent!
It states 'sent' on the campaign report, but when drilled into it's still in 'buffering', no info on their site anywhere about what this means and no support at weekends - really? We're a small business and provide support 7 days a week.
Now I'm concerned that it will be released at some stupid time like nighttime and we'll get complaints from customers

They are scammers. If you send 1000 messages they will deliver the 80% and less and they will burn the other 20% to valid numbers. Also, they will provide you with a fake delivery report and as an excuse, they would say that it is a carrier problem etc. I heard that they do own so much money to their suppliers.

Very easy to use

Justin in Support has gone over board to help me. SMSglobal is worth much more than it cost year.

Had to fight to get refund. They could not provide the service needed. Very very shaddy company had to do paypal case to get refunded

Incredibly bad service! You won't be able to topup your account using a debit/credit cards (tried 5 already!!!) if you try to topup using paypal, then it will be flagged for a validation and it takes AGES for them to come back to you! Avoid this company if you need fast and reliable service!

I used this service for the first time last week and aside from a couple of small glitches, it was very easy to use and really effective.

Useless service. I had called couple of times. My credits were reduced and sms was not send out. After making couple of calls. I was not given any service. I was assured someone will be in touch. I would like to take a refund and close the account.

my credits never add on my account balance, i ask paypal refund

I don't think I'll be using SMS global anymore, everytime I use it and add more credit to my account it sends me a message that it is in "manual pending review". Which means i either have to wait a couple hours for someone to review it OR ring up. I need things done instantly!

Always like SMSGlobal service - however, this time there was an issue with the website not accepting Paypal payment. I had a service person who tried various things to no avail, even asking his "supervisor". Finally I was put through to someone who just said 'clear Firefox cache' and that was it! So maybe there needs to be a bit more training of support staff about simple solutions. Just saying.
