Snacksonline レビュー

Thank you, Frank and the guys at Snacksonline! I'm writing this review before any 'prompt' as the service - yet again! - has been excellent!

Placed order, then within 10 minutes - yes, under 10 minutes! - received an 'Order Shipped' notification with daily Royal Mail delivery updates. All products ordered taste fresher and crispier than supermarket-bought - as per title, magic!

I had my snacks from snacks online and I absolutely love shopping with them because I can buy this i can't get from the shop themselves most definitely recommended and worth the money and five stars to I'm just gutted that they have stopped selling my peanut butter puffs I absolutely love love love them they are really really nice and I can't get them anywhere else online or the shops but I will most definitely buy from snacks online again when I run out and hopefully they'll have peanut butter puffs back in stock ❤️

ordered 21 x 150g bags of vimto jelly babies
all they had, can't find these anywhere locally so buy a load of them when I can find them.

I received 21x 120g bags
which means I'm missing 1/5th of my order

I emailed them as was told 'send them back for a refund' ... which was a bit pants 2bh

I didn't want to pay for their error, but they did then add that they can provide a pre-paid label, which is fair enough

but... I'd have thought that a token gesture refund would have done it, but that wasn't offered.

also.. i can't send them back cos people ate some before I noticed their error.

I do believe it was an error and not a genuine scam, but this could have been handled a little better and I'd have been left with a better opinion of them, so now I'm likely to never use them again, unless I simply can't find any vimto jelly babies aaaaaaanywhere else.

Excellent company, would highly recommend and will definitely be a returning customer. Brilliant service and fab range of products.

SUPERSONIC DISPATCH TIME , SUCH APPRECIATION FOR A SMALLISH ORDER. HARD TO FIND GREAT SERVICE LEVELS LIKE SNACKSONLINE. SINCE LOCKDOWN ,SADLY SEEMS COMPANIES LEVELS ARE EITHER HORREDOUS OR FABULOUS ***** STAR . SNACKSONLINE DESERVE ALL THE BUSINESS A SMALLER BUSINESS CAN GET. THEIR SERVICE IS GREAT, PRODUCT RANGE BIG AND THEIR PRICES ARE FAIRER FOR THEM TO SURVIVE AND US . MUCH BETTER THAN THESE RIP OFF DELIVERY COMPANY PRICES, WHO DONT APPRECIATE OR DESERVE THE CUSTOM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

First order was the beef KP crisps 48 box , second order the cheese and onion box. Both faultless. The beef crisps from KP are tasty. Delivered quick. No problems. Will keep ordering from this company.

I bought some stuff from here for Christmas gifts and I was so impressed at the quality and speed of delivery. Good prices, no issues at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Both boxes of crisps delivered next day, cheaper than elsewhere and both boxes plenty of date

100% recommend, placed a large order yesterday and its just arrived. Placed well, everything in order, nothing missing.

I love Snacks Online - it's my go-to website for all things snack related (especially crisps). Great customer service - Frank ships the orders promptly and will even add a note for you, if the order is a gift. I often order full boxes of crisps for my parents, who are crisp addicts too!

I placed an order for various snacks which included Real Roast Ox Crisps which were just as good as I remembered. Liked them so much I placed another order for a box of 24. Having a good best before date as you want them really fresh is important & after emailing them, Frank came back to me with the best before date, so I am a happy customer & I will use them again. Ordered a box of Golden Wonder Spring Onion, came on time and taste great, nit much more to say really

This really is a great company. Fantastic selection of sweets and crisps and the delivery is always great. Every time I have used Snacks Online I've always had a great experience with the website and the delivery.

Excellent website for the great snacks. The price is either low or the same price of some stores hence I ordered sitting at home and within 2 days they were all delivered. Great packing without missing any count :) wooh.. I love the initial discount of 10% too. Don't miss it and also enjoy the snacks he he :) If you have bulk requirements for parties, this is the best one.

I normally don’t tend to leave reviews, but on this occasion I knew I had to (& I should have done it a long time ago)! This company is absolutely amazing! I can’t stress how wonderful they have been since I started ordering from them (approx 1 year ago - ordering every 4-6 weeks, with orders averaging £50). The customer service has always been great, they maintain brilliant communication & always go over & above! Even when there was a delivery issue which wasn’t their problem (it was caused by a delivery date mistake on my part, then I had issues with the delivery company), they followed up this issue despite knowing it wasn’t their problem. I find the whole experience of ordering with them very personalised, & I always look forward purchasing with them. The delivery of the orders has always been so quick, & I’ve never had any items missing/or concerns surrounding expiry dates. If I could afford it, I would definitely be ordering more! I certainly won’t be using another online service for my crisp & sweet fix! This company certainly deserves high praise :)

If I could rate this higher I would tbh I bought sweets to sell for higher and I got 10pound profit. Thanks snacksonline and my order code was #54453

Really pleased with my order and how fast it arrived. Will use again in the future

Excellent service. First class. Have use them a few times and extremely speedy service.

Ordered on the 2nd and I have just received the box through Royal Mail today the 4th. They have a big selection of items to choose from and good prices as well. 1 item wasn’t available and my automatic refund for it is processing back in my bank. I definitely see myself ordering again from this place.

Very fast delivery great customer service and a very good date on the crisps I always buy from them highly recommend
