Ian was great. Very professional. Have used him twice now for our initial snagging list and a further check pre our warranty expiration. He is very thorough and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend 👍
Ian recently did a full snagging inspection on our house, which included a thermal imaging survey and drone inspection too. We were very surprised with all the issues he picked up on. He’s got a very keen eye and can tell he’s been in the construction industry for a long time. Very reasonable price too compared to others. Highly recommend 👍
