Snag List Pro レビュー

Grant was excellent from the start to finish. His attention to detail was spot-on and lots of issues were identified that I would never have noticed myself within the first 10 days in order to report them to our developer. Although mainly cosmetic issues were found, there were some bigger issues that we would have never had the knowledge or expertise to notice ourselves - worth every penny for the reassurance alone. Report was received with great video and drone footage to back up where needed. Thanks so much!

Grant’s service is a must-have when buying a new home. The detail and level of service is outstanding and I could not recommend Snag List Pro highly enough. So many small issues were identified that I would never have noticed and the additional work to make the property perfect far exceeded the cost of this service. Thank you ever so much Grant for your expertise and professionalism.

An extremely thorough inspection finding significant issues that I would not have. Well worth the money

Grant was great from day 1, provided a full breakdown of what would be included and got a date booked in quick for the snagging. The report is extremely thorough and Grant found plenty of issues that I’d never spot myself. Takes the worry out of buying a new home. Professional friendly service and no complaints from me.

Great service from Grant, nothing was too much trouble. He fitted us in last minute on the day our new build home was due for completion. He was experienced, diligent and thorough. The report came through in no time at all and Grant was amazing from start to finish. He was respectful in our new build home taking care to wear foot protectors and respect our property. He spent a long time thoroughly inspecting our property and was knowledgeable. After service since receiving the report has been helpful and brilliant too. Would definitely recommend these guys if you want a thorough professional snagging service on your home.

Grant was helpful start to finish, answering all my questions weekends and evenings. Full detailed report recieved in the timeframe advised.

Would definitely recommend and use again if we was ever to buy another new build.

Thank you Grant!

Grant recently snagged my new build and was fantastic. Really friendly chap who was thorough and carried out a very detailed assessment of our property. Would 100% recommend Grant to anyone with a new build for complete peace of mind. It's made the process of rectifying snags with the developer far more straightforward.

I recently used the services of Grant at Snag List Pro and have to say what an absolute gentleman he is. He is very efficient, thorough and true to his word. I would not hesitate in recommending his services to anyone purchasing a new build property.

If you’re looking for a snagging company this is the one! Grant at Snag List Pro was unbelievable. At first when I was looking for a snagging company most people’s opinions was that a family/friend in a trade could do that, but they really couldn’t and the reports and files that was provided proved that! Everyone was shocked at the detail included on the reports and the videos that was shared for us to see. The service we received was amazing, really nice, professional guy. The investigation he does on the house is amazing thanks to the knowledge and tools he has, real peace of mind for us. And like others have said, it’s nice that he also tells you what’s good about the house. Highly recommend this company!

Grant managed to fit me in before my original booking and arrived on time and when he said he would. Great guy and spotted at least 100 more snags that I would of never of even noticed, highly recommended, Top Man Grant

Very pleased we chose Grant at Snaglist Pro to check our new build house. When making such a big investment with a house, it’s worth it. He even says the things that have been done very well, as well as picking up things you wouldn’t realise that needs addressing! The report is very detailed. He’s always there for advice as well. Very helpful service! Thank you so much!

Snag List Pro | As Good As It Gets

Finding a good snagging company is always challenging but we found the best! Snag List Pro has been amazing and gave us really the comfort we needed. Grant has been thorough and really came up with a strong report to hand over to the developer. Great service and always happy to help with further questions. We couldn't be happier and would really recommend him to anyone who is buying a new build property. Keep up the great work Snag List Pro!

Excellent service by Grant and Ryan. Best money I have spent in a long time for piece of mind in our new build. The team are so thorough and know their stuff. Very professional, friendly guys. Would 100% recommend for any new build buyers. Great service.

Snaglist Pro were amazing. With their vast knowledge of construction & services, they knew exactly what to look for and produced a very detailed but easy to read Snag Report of our 5 bedroom new build home. I'd highly recommend them if you are considering appointing a snagging company.

Grant was excellent and the report delivered to a high professional standard. Could not recommend more, he is approachable and well worth the money. Puts your mind at ease and ensures that any defects are identified and documented for repairs. Would absolutely use again.

A prompt initial response and quote from Grant after enquiring online. He was very flexible with timescales due it being a new build and us not getting a confirmed move-in date until 2 weeks before. The actual inspection was very professional and of an excellent standard. Grant is very knowledgeable and thorough going above and beyond with drone footage and detailed pictures and videos sent with the report on the follow-up. Would recommend Snag List Pro to anyone looking for peace of mind with a new build, the service is definitely worth the price when spending a large sum on a house. Grant was also lovely and complimentary of my coffee offering which was nice!

Been meaning to write this for a while but just want to say a massive thank you to Grant from Snag List Pro. He was the first one in our house in Ashford, Kent back at the end of March and was there for the whole day such was the extent of the snagging issues. True to his word, 2 days later a full report including a myriad of images and videos arrived ready to send on to our developers. We took his advice in order to get things sorted and they’ve been sorting out any issues we’ve addressed with the proof Grant has professionally provided. A friendly guy, knowledgable and incredibly thorough. Money well spent and would certainly recommend to anyone. Thank you, Grant.

This is the best money we have spent. What a professional service at short notice. Grant did a fantastic job on a new house we are buying and came up with lots of faults. Drone cover of the roof and lots of video footage. highly recommend this company.

Great service, friendly and prompt. Will definitely recommend to new build house buyers

Grant snagged my house last week, he was very polite and beyond detailed finding 183 snags (I could only find 5) I would highly recommend him to anyone, he sent his report to me in an easy to read format that I could send straight onto my developer to have faults rectified
