I paid for medication on 9/30, and it never shipped. When I used the online chat to request inquiry, they told me I would need to call. When I called they put me on hold and then gave me a different number to call. When I called the number they gave it was to Remedy Meds, which is not even affiliated with Snag RX. I never got a resolution so I disputed the charge. I would not use this company.

My credentials: PHARMACIST since 1975. My SnagRx evaluation: ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RATING IS D+. I won't go into my details because it's all been said here at Trustpilot. Bottom line: they suck.

This Company charged me $99 on 8-12-26 and $99 9-12-26. I received NOTHING. I was supposed to be contacted by a Dr and then given the SG meds. No, they GHOSTED me. No Dr and no meds. Called "the company" and they could not give me a reason why they did not contact me or send the semiglutide. Save your $$$ and find a good physician :) I turned it over to my credit card company.

The provider was very professional. Direct and to the point. All questions were answered. Highly recommend!

I purchased what I understood to be a one-year semaglutide treatment plan from SnagRx for $828, with medication shipped monthly. I paid using my FSA card because I believed I was paying for medical treatment and medication.

After the charge went through, my FSA administrator determined that the entire $828 was ineligible, identifying the charge as a membership fee rather than an eligible medical expense. This was especially concerning because the way the program was presented led me to understand that I was purchasing a year of treatment including medication, rather than paying an $828 membership fee.

I immediately requested cancellation and a refund. At that point, I had received no medication. Nevertheless, obtaining a refund has been extremely difficult, even after I explained that my FSA administrator requires the ineligible funds to be returned.

I also became increasingly concerned about the clinical process. I could not find a way to schedule an initial consultation with a clinician online, nor could I find a straightforward way to contact the clinical team directly with questions before proceeding.

I also received dosing information that appeared unusual compared with the standard once-weekly dosing of FDA-approved semaglutide products, which raised questions I wanted to discuss with a clinician. In addition, I specifically tried to verify whether the compounded semaglutide being supplied was semaglutide base or a salt form, and I was unable to obtain satisfactory verification before medication was to be dispensed.

For a compounded prescription medication, I believe patients should be able to obtain clear answers about what formulation they are receiving, who is prescribing it, what pharmacy is dispensing it, and why a particular dosing regimen is being prescribed before paying for a year of treatment.

I have now spent significant time communicating with SnagRx and my FSA administrator and pursuing outside consumer-complaint options over a transaction I attempted to cancel before receiving medication.

I will update this review if SnagRx refunds the $828 or otherwise resolves the situation. Until then, I recommend that anyone considering the annual program—especially anyone planning to use an FSA or HSA—get everything in writing before paying, including what the annual charge represents, FSA/HSA eligibility, cancellation terms, the dispensing pharmacy, the exact compounded formulation, dosing instructions, and how to speak with the prescribing clinician.

I paid SnagRx on September 3, 2026, based on the turnaround times advertised on their website. Their website represented that the provider would review the medical information promptly, the prescription would be sent to the pharmacy, and the medication would then be shipped with expedited delivery.

That has NOT been my experience.

I have contacted SnagRx three times trying to determine what was happening with my order.

My first follow-up was because my order had apparently never made it to an MD/provider to issue the prescription. After further communication, I eventually received confirmation that the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy on September 15.

I followed up again today, September 22, and was told that the medication still has not shipped.

That means I paid on September 3 and, 19 days later, I still do not have my medication — and apparently it has not even been shipped.

What is particularly frustrating is that the website sets an expectation of a very quick process, while my actual experience has been weeks of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and having to find out myself what is happening with my order.

I also find the company's refund policy extremely concerning. I was told there are no refunds, leaving the customer with very little recourse when the service does not occur within anything resembling the advertised timeframe.

I have kept documentation of my payment, communications, the September 15 prescription confirmation, and today's communication regarding the fact that the order has still not shipped.

My recommendation to anyone considering SnagRx is to carefully read the refund policy and consider whether you are comfortable paying upfront when there appears to be little recourse if the order is significantly delayed.

My review is based solely on my own experience with SnagRx and the timeline of my order.

Great interaction with practitioner easy to talk to and every thing was seamless

SnagRx is a scam and fraud. Do not use them. Their website is misleading and they took the full years payment instead of the 69/month payment as shown on their website. Called the 469-459-3732 and to have them refund and cancel the full payment of $828 or atleast changed it to $99/month payment and refund the balance back to my account. The guy tries to convince me to not cancel or a supervisor won't be able to call me back as they don't issue refunds anymore since Aug 28,2026 but only if I'm not medically qualify. I beg with him as they took all the money I had in my account which was there for paying other bills. I explained I can't afford the full yearly $828 and thought they were taking only the $69 per month as advertise on the website. He told me he cancelled it but that was the yearly renewal not the current plan. Even if I cancelled they still wouldn't be able to refund my money. No product has be send, the "provider" hasn't done a medical review so how do you not refund my full money if only the intake form was submitted. I had to call back a second time to have the same person cancel the account as it still said active and in process. He did everything to convince me not to cancel the account and he still stated I probably still won't get a refund. They are scammers and should be investigated. He did everything to try and keep my account active so it can go through the order process and be filled so they would have a reason to keep my money. I told him I don't want their product and won't be using them. He finally cancelled it but as for a refund I don't know. Now I'm trying to figure out how I'm a pay my bills cause I wasn't thinking they would take the yearly amount. I'm screwed. Don't make my mistake run as far away from them as you can. They make it seem like your paying a monthly payment but they will take the full yearly amount.

WORST Tirzepatide online provider you could ever choose:
1. Advertises Red Rock (Top compounding lab) as a provider but ships the most diluted/weak vials from Beaker
2. Takes your $$$ but a week later, NOTHING SHIPPED.

The Dr is really easy to work with, phone call was very clear. It’s frustrating that I couldn’t call her back after she called me back and left me a voicemail. I couldn’t even leave a message. I do water aerobics every day Monday through Friday so I won’t be by my phone until 11:00 central time, especially not knowing when she will call me back.
