I have found this app really helpful and am finally after 40 years, losing weight. I started at the beginning of the year. It has helped me see where I have been going wrong. I would highly recommend it to anyone who believes they continually diet and never succeed.
It has encouraged me to do little workouts to boost my calorie intake, swap regular snacks for healthy snacks. Mind blowing seeing what poor choices I was making, thinking I was eating healthy but either too much, or they were actually good for you, but really high in calories.
My biggest shock was my weekly party Friday was taking my whole daily calorie allowance, this is no longer the case.
