This company is bad and promotes illegal activities and the sad part is the victim is helpless while the company and perpetrator makes a fortune. My daughter had her phone broken into by an ex boyfriend who hacked her Snapchat account and uploaded pictures of which he sold without her knowledge or permission. She has LEO's that are investigating but since she has no control over her account the people at SNAPCHAT are useless and no help in her trying to delete the account and pictures. Companies like this need to be regulated. Please don't respond or tag on with your stupidity or radical left ideology. This is a sad and serious epidemic today.

They are genially a lazy team if you have every lost an account or falsely got banned im sorry to say this but there is absolutely no hope for you they don't help and avoid any hard work. Also they either ghost you on you4 2nd response. And dont even want to hear your concern anymore someone has to take action as my account has been falsely banned and i am 16 in Australia and i can verify my age as there is a bug that doesn't let me. And i as the snapchat team for help they tell me they cant and avoid telling me why i am still banned. genuinely if there was a 0 star i would i give it that.

1 ster is nog te veel ze zetten gewoon je telefoon op blokkade, dat je daar niet meer mee op snap kan. Zonder ernstige overtredingen, deze app moet je niet eens meer willen gebruiken, als ze zomaar op afstand je telefoon kunnen verbannen , dat gaat wel erg ver, en wie weet wat ze dan nog meer met je gegevens op je telefoon kunnen doen, voor je het weet is je bankrekening leeg door snapchat, stelletje oplichters zijn het, ze moeten blij zijn dat mensen hun app willen downloaden ipv zo met mensen om te gaan, en dan moeten ze t ook nog hebben van de jeugd, waar ze blijkbaar niet mee om kunnen gaan,

After countless hours accepting friend requests I had over 8,000 followers organically. Meaning, I had to click accept over 8,000 times. In an instant someone reported my account without any reason why or investigation into who it was that reported me or giving me any reasons they just permanently locked my account. Seriously?! After all that work responding to people, my private messages should be that private but no they simply shut me down after one report it could've been a competitor or someone who was pissed they didn't get what they wanted etc. They destroyed all of my following over something they aren't even transparent about. I hate Snapchat.

Terrible pornography reaching children, extremely difficult to impossible to report. No support. No email or phone to talk to someone. The report required impossible to find details that makes it not sendable. Bombarding with ridiculous full of nonsense videos. Dangerous for minors.

I have used Snap for a long time and I have nothing to complain about. Everything seems to work fine for me!

First of all they won’t let you report someone for being under age which is a real life issue and should be resolved calmly and safe safely. Second level I have Snapchat premium I want to choose a pet. Please tell me why they have Punch the monkey as a pet. This is inappropriate. I hate punch and this user experience is atrocious, and encourages violence. NO ONE LIKES PUNCH THE MONKEY, NO MONKEY SHOULD BE PUNCHED BUT ILL MAKE AN EXCEPTION BECUASE I HATE PUNCH.

Det er så mye falske reklame på Snapchat. Ikke kjøp noe imellom snapchat. Jeg vil tro at minst 50% er ikke ekte. De driter i å skjekke firmaene de reklamerer for. Helt utrolig 👎👎👎👎👎

Genuinely at my lowest of low. I grew up in the Snapchat era when memories first happened. I had multiple devices as a kid tablets and laptops at divided houses. I saved my whole life on Snapchat. I was recently in a car accident and my phone was lost and I'm assuming destroyed in the accident. Leaving me with no phone and no way to recover anything. I didn't have the phone backed up and now that I'm an adult I only had my phone I have a laptop I used for school only and logged in once but it didnt save so I'm stuck with no Snapchat. I lost my mother 2 years ago I have most of my memories with her on there. My family cat of 13 years that lived with me as an adult us growing up together gone. All of my ups and downs of life gone. I literally have nothing. I remember my login I just don't have access to my phone or email to verify. I reached out to support literally pleading. I was willing to send my id, my birth certificate my social literally anything they wanted I have I could even send them a picture of me with all of my documents making a silly face to prove it's me literally anything to get my memories back. I dont care about the app I just want my memories and they don't care. They are heartless and I was very nice I sent one email and one reply and they ghosted me. The message they sent back was basically "we can't help and we dont care best regards Snapchat" if 12 yr old me knew that I would have 0 memories of my life because of a car accident I didn't cause not by injury but by Snapchat being a heartless company I would've never downloaded or given my money to it. I miss my mom and I hope one day I am able to get into the account maybe I will find an old phone from middle school somewhere big I doubt it.
