my friend without me knowing put a story up on my snapchat as a joke of a blank black screen with purely the words "wno" in a text box and then 5 minutes later im permanently banned for "prohibited drug content", i explained it all in an appeal and was still denied, now i have lost all my childhood memories and friends list from before i moved states even though i didnt even do this. snapchat admins are an absolute joke, youve got to be a serious loser to deny access after reading an appeal and still perma banning over THREE LETTERS.

He intentado apelar la decisión varias veces y siempre he sido rechazado, y dudo que pudiera ir a un juez porque no tengo pruebas implícitas de nada. Por favor, ayúdenme. Es ist unglaublich, wie unfair Snapchat mit seinen Nutzern umgeht. Meine Tochter hat sich ihren Account mit viel Liebe, Mühe und Herzblut aufgebaut. Sie hat andere respektvoll unterstützt, sich für gute Inhalte eingesetzt und sich aktiv in der Community engagiert und jetzt ist der Account einfach gelöscht worden, ohne echte Begründung.
Der „Support“ liefert nur automatisierte Codes oder Zahlen, die nichts mit dem tatsächlichen Sachverhalt zu tun haben, und man kann niemanden erreichen, der einem wirklich hilft. Dass ein so großer Dienst seine Nutzer so im Regen stehen lässt, ist enttäuschend und nicht nachvollziehbar.
Es ist völlig übertrieben und unprofessionell, Accounts einfach so zu sperren oder zu löschen, besonders wenn niemand etwas Böses getan hat. Die Entwickler und Geschäftsführung sollten dringend darüber nachdenken, ob das wirklich der richtige Umgang mit engagierten Nutzern ist.

Die haben so eine Klatsche weg. Registrierung erfolgreich abgeschlossen, um ins Portal zu kommen, erneute Anmeldung erforderlich!! Dabei wird das definitiv korrekt eingegebene Passwort für ungültig befunden! Bei gerade mal zwei Versuchen sich einzuloggen, wobei die ihr marodes System die gerade zuvor noch erstellten Daten zur Registrierung nicht mehr erkennt, wird das Konto "vorübergehend deaktiviert"! Ja super, ohne eine Sekunde in dem überflüssigen Verein aktiv gewesen zu sein. Was hat mich da bloß geritten

Maintenant on t impose des photo que de meuf a moitier a poil, ou qu il ressorte leur fessier leur poitrine dans a decouvrir. Tu as beau bloquer signaler que tu na pas envie de voir ca ou meme masqué ce contenue. Et malgré tout ca continu encore et encore. Devient un site de rencontre pour pervers qui pense a mater de la viande. Dsl mes la ca gave vraiment. Il n y a plus aucun respect de la vision public

I’ve been trying for days to change my email address on my Snapchat account, but the app keeps rejecting the change due to a technical issue on their side.

I contacted Snapchat Support multiple times and clearly explained that the problem is not from my end. I was told to wait 48 hours and try again, which I did, but the issue still persists. Now I’m being told again to “try in a few days” with no real solution or manual intervention.

This is not professional support. Repeating the same generic response while ignoring the actual technical problem is frustrating and wastes the user’s time. If an app update prevents users from managing basic account settings like changing an email address, then support should be able to fix it manually.

What’s worse is that support responses are slow, vague, and dismissive, giving the impression that the user is being delayed rather than helped.

I expect Snapchat to either:
• Manually update the email address, or
• Clearly explain what is blocking the change and how long it will realistically take to fix.

Until then, this feels like poor customer service and bad user experience for a major tech company.
