Ordered a Christmas book and they don'tâŠ
Ordered a Christmas book and they don't show you delivery date until paid for. It's expected delivery is the 27th. The website says it's in Christchurch but appears it's Sydney. I tried to cancel the order (you only have one hour from paying to cancelling) sat on their chat for 25 minutes which of course meant not able to cancel. Don't use them! Warehouse Stationery is cheaper and in NZ!
Wont use again
Had a promo running that was ending the day I saw it, so I rushed to take advantage late that night. The next day (literally 8 hours after I'd submitted my order) the promo had been changed to a way better one. I made contact about it to say it was pretty poor to offer something cheaper so soon, they said my order was already in production (at 8am NZT??) and wouldn't provide a credit. My argument was the 'urgency' on the website 'promo ends soon!' that turned into a better one the next day. Postage is incredibly overpriced, and SLOW! Have been waiting for an item that was shipped on 24/11/23, now 6/12/23 and still no sign. Stuff comes from China cheaper. Yet to see the quality, I'm not optimistic. UPDATE 8/12/2023: never got to see the quality as the parcel is lost somewhere. Offered to send another package, with arrival being after Dec 27th. No point when they are Christmas presents, so requested a refund instead.

Cheap quality. The unusual plastic coating wasnât cut properly so when undoing the puzzle the top layer of connecting pieces started to rip away from the flimsy âbackingâ.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Don't ever expect anything from them. Books are ok quality, not amazing. Sizing does differ even when ordering the same product. They do respond on the chat but it takes a while but all for no purpose if it relates to an order you've made.
Be careful
Be careful, Google will tell you the website is secure, but it's not. They took my details and $ from my account and said "card has been denied". I thought it was a mistake so I confirmed the payment and it said"denied" again,but took money a second time!!

We have a canvas that is 22days late, we paid a lot of money for it and there is no obvious way to contact the company except an automated chat on their website.

Product Fault
Very unhappy with Snapfish. The book I received a while ago has started falling apart after only being looked at a handful of times. All my other books have been fabulous therefore I think there is a fault with the putting together of this particular book. However they will only give a standard reply of it being outside 28 days so they won't do anything about it. So they will not accept any responsibility at all or even attempt to keep me as a customer by reprinting the book for me free of charge or even half the price I paid for it. As a business owner myself, I am disgusted with their customer service and zero attempt to resolve issues that fall outside the 28 days.

Very unhappy with snapfish . I contacted them within one hour as I forgot to add the half price code of snappy50 . The person on live chat would only deduct $10.98 off my order which was not half price ! I will not be using them again as this is very unfair .
Worst customer service
Worst customer service, I let them know that the delivery track says delivered but I don't have the photos, first I got an email saying we will help you with that and get back to you, they NEVER got back and just close the call.

I ordered a large personalized calendar from Snapfish using the 60% discount. I am thrilled with how it turned out and with the ordering and delivery process. So quick and amazing quality. This is one of the best personalized calendars I have ever ordered and I've used quite a few services in the past. With the discount it is amazing affordability and in every other way. Thanks Snapfish for the best calendar ever. I'll be back next year.

I ordered a calendar for my family in NZ through the NZ site as I am based in the UK I thought this would be best. The order never arrived. Instead I have been told itâs âlostâ. The tracking link is dead and apparently thatâs the end of it!
This is photos of my children so I think it completely unacceptable that my order can disappear and there is no one to speak to about it. The chat system is a waste of time, I have had endless conversations with people telling me it is simply lost and they can reprint it for me⊠as if I would ever use this company again!! And then Iâve been told there is no customer service email address so I can speak to someone directly. How can a worldwide company function like this?!
If you value your images and would like to receive a product, stay clear of this company. I will continue to chase this up or will escalate the complaint anyway I can because I am furious photos of my children are lost in the abyss
Terrible Xmas Decorations
I've used Snapfish a few years ago and was always happy with the results but what has happened?! This year I ordered the ball decorations at $17 each expecting my lovely photos to sit inside a lovely glass ball (well at the price I expected glass as farmers ones are half the price). The reality was a cheap plastic ball similar to a cheap vending machine one and a sticker slapped on the side. To say I was disappointed is an understatement as I've decided to not add them to the Xmas tree as they look so terrible. This was going to be a surprise for my son whose daughter wasn't going to be with us for xmas, now I guess I'll spend over $100 to find something that is more honoring of our fanily memories.

Waste of time
Waste of time. I've used Snapfish in the past and been happy with the prints I've received, but these ones are grainy, and the colours are terrible, they look like they've been printed on a really bad inkjet. You've cut the heads off two of the people in the photos too. I won't be using Snapfish again, it's a waste of time and money.

Awesome personalised keyring
It was so easy ordering my request on line, my item arrived very quickly and the price was very reasonable, will definitely use them again. The keyring is a gift for my husband's birthday later in the month, so not sure what he thought of it yet, I am sure he will really like it.

If I could rate it zero, I would. If you have some spare money and you want to throw it into the rubbish, use them! I can't believe it, the print is so bad, the colored pictures got some green instead of white. they are also cut in the wrong place. I m very disappointed and I will never use them again.

Do not use. I ordered a large photo book that I very carefully compiled and checked with a fine tooth comb. During composition sometimes the online program froze and could become glitchy. After ordering I discovered a page had corrupted during submission at the time of ordering. I contacted them within hours of ordering and they wouldn't change it even though it was printed a week later, and they didn't believe it was their program issue, they said I hadn't checked it properly. After receiving the photobook, many pages had photos mis-sized and moved. I rechecked my submission against the printed book and they didn't match. The layout had changed on printing. Despite me sending pictures of multiple problems of this nature, they didn't accept the printing layout was different. It was incredible, and again they blamed me for not laying it out properly. However, you could clearly see what was printed, and what was ordered, doesn't match. Only way to speak to them is through a chatbot. NZ address they provide on the website is a smoke screen, you are dealing with foreigners so won't get any correction to an error. They seem intent on politely blaming customers and giving a credit that will probably be forgotten about. It just needed to be corrected and reprinted. Their editing program clearly has issues. Deal with a local please.
