Blown away with service!
I would like to say that I am blown away by the experience we've had through Snapfish. Firstly, when I ordered magnets from them, they were the most excellent quality. My sister got some done through another company, and the ones she got keep falling apart. My family keep complimenting the ones I got (through Snapfish) compared to the ones my sister got. So thank you for the amazing quality. Secondly, today I realised that I had made an error on a calendar I had made (I made it for the current year, not next year) and it was after the 60 minute window in which you can edit your order. We used the chat feature on their website, and it was immediately resolved, where we got a full refund (minus shipping). You went above and beyond with your customer service, thank you. I will only be ordering from you in future.
The glass block is just amazing
The glass block is just amazing, totally love it and it arrived in a beautiful tissue-wrapped gift box with a little cleaning cloth for the glass block, it's just perfect and better than described. thank you so much Snapfish, you did a beautiful job of a much loved photo of our late mother that I'm gifting to my brother, very grateful and very impressed.
Poor delivery
I ordered a photobook for my daughter's 40th birthday in plenty of time....the order was lost (ie tracking number did not show progress of delivery). On enquiring I was told another book would be sent free of charge however this would not be in time for my daughter's special birthday. VERY disappointing as I had gone to a lot of trouble to be organised in time.

I created a photobook, with snapfish new zealand, from Singapore, and had my book delivered to new zealand.
Creating the book was simple and intuitive.
Book was delivered within the specified time.
Cost was unexpected lower than I had expected.

Disappointing - would not use again
My small order of 18 prints and 2 small magnets was shipped in 3 separate parcels, supposedly because of production runs, and I was charged shipping for each. I didn't realise this would be the case until I'd spent a couple of hours completing my order so I didn't want to cancel it at that point and have to redo it all with another company. This is very inefficient and makes the shipping cost far too high for the value of the order. The quality of the prints isn't great, some are washed out. Some of the collages are off centre which has cut off part of my photos which I spent time carefully centering. I will definitely not use Snapfish again for printing.

Everything turned out grainy and washed out. I got some mugs and they look horrible. Complained on their Facebook page and FINALLY got a response, they sent out new mugs which were just as bad, if not worse. They blamed the issue on my camera quality (I have the s23 ultra with a 100mp camera) ended up going elsewhere. They were good about 4 or 5 years ago, now they suck.
We have been scammed
We have been scammed! Ordered 3 albums online from the NZ domain and mixed they gave us the USD price with the $ symbol and not the NZD price. We ended up paying 940 NZD for 3 albums. Within 10 hours of buying we noticed the charge in our account and contacted them to cancel the order and they refused saying that the products were final. After mentioning that I literally did not have the money to pay and that I needed the money to pay bills, they literally refused, were extremely rude and were not comprehending the fact that I literally cannot afford their product. In fact, they cannot trick a user by putting the $ sign in NZ and expect the user to expect to be charged in USD instead of NZD. Now reading the quality is terrible I can only understand this behavior of fraud towards the consumer. I can only advise everyone to please do not use the services of this company. They are scamming people online and retaining their money against their will. This the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I cannot understand how someone is still advising this company. Retaining 940 NZD of a consumer against his will and obliging him to buy a product he does not want, is acting in bad faith, scamming and tricking consumers.
Worst half arsed service
Worst half arsed service. They use some illegible address so the courier can't even deliver, overcharge you for delivery, and to top it off only send half your order (why!).

Quality of photos in books is poor
Quality of photos in books is poor. Quick delivery and reasonable pricing but the final product isn't worth the time it takes to create the book. Really disappointing.

What an amazing experience! Thank you so much Snapfish! I ordered a photo book for a funeral, and was sure I would not get it in time, as it was last minute idea. Arrived within two days of me ordering. Great quality, and excellent service. I am so impressed. Would highly recommend.
horrible quality but did get 50% refund
all 120+ prints that I ordered came out in absolutely HORRIBLE quality. the agent said that this happened because they were uploaded in "standard" resolution and not "full" resolution, but a) there is no option on the site for standard or full quality, and b) when I sent some of the same images to Warehouse Stationery to print for family, the quality turned out well.
I did receive a 50% refund after making a complaint and sending proof to be fair, but I still would not recommend. the savings you get on 50 free prints is NOT worth the loss in quality
Expensive, No customer service, and very slow delivery
I ordered a photo book it was the wrong size, it was extremely expensive for the quality, and size and the service was terrible. It took 3 week to deliver. When it arrived it was the wrong product. They also added an extra charge with out my permission. It is very difficult to deal with them as they only provide online chat service. Stay clear of this company.
Taking extra payments without the customer's knowledge for surcharges
I purchased a blanket online, paid in full. 1 hour later, I am checking my bank account and see a second charge from this company. I message them and ask what it's about. I am told it is a shipping surcharge. Now while the amount was low, it is rather worrisome, that a company can take a second payment from a consumer without their knowledge, let alone their approval, which is where I am upset. There was no contact, no disclosure of this being a possibility. So unfortunately I will not be using again, with this ability, I simply do not trust them. Transparency, especially when it comes to costs involved is crucial. The way it is done, it not honest and far from transparent, when the only way to find out is to ask them. I have not recieved my item as yet, I hope it is of decent quality, as even with 50% off, it was not a cheap item. So fingers crossed.
Good products, woeful Aramex delivery
Products are good and ordered on time for pre-Christmas delivery, however my Snapfish experience is sowered by those inept Aramex Muppets, being their delivery agent. First order showing as being in Auckland 3 times on 18th Dec and not delivered by Christmas, second order placed 2 days later than this order arrived 21st.

Annoying company to order from.
I ordered a couple of mugs, calendar and a keyring.
1. Really overpriced. Each item is charged shipping individually? Didn't care at the time because they were xmas gifts anyway and just wanted personalized items.
2. Shipping/tracking for the calendar and mugs is honestly the most dodgy website. Keyring arrived within a week (NZ couriers ty) which was awesome and made me think it was going to be fine. Received tracking info for the calendar and mugs. The calendar has been "in transit" for 6 days with no updates since 15/12 all I know is it's somewhere in Auckland. The Mugs had an update at 9am 20/12 saying "in transit" and then "Delivered" 20 minutes later. I have not received them.
3. Customer service is a joke. They have no contact number or email, all they have is a live chat but if your phone screen turns off it disconnects the chat and you have to redo the whole thing. I eventually got to someone after 40 minutes of being told I was first. The only thing they said is I can reorder the items FOC, which I declined because xmas is in 4 days. Requested a refund instead and then the chat disconnected?
Fabulous service and product
I have ordered numerous albums and a canvas. All have been fabulously created. Yes it takes time to compile and tweak the photos but it's worth it. My first Album could have been better, but that was down to me not using all the tools provided. Will definitely be using them again. Always delivered on time sometimes earlier than expected.

A wonderful keepsake for our family reunion! I made the most of the Black Friday specials and ordered two photo books of our family gathering mid November and have just received them today 12/12/23. I couldn't be happier with the quality and with the time it took to receive them.
