Very nice fits perfectly and much more comfy then snoremd... shipping took about a week, could be faster. I don't know what these people here are on about calling it a scam or bad company, I ordered a Snoreguard for under $60 bucks including free delivery, it arrived in about a week and works fine, stops snoring and quality seems good. I assume some people want the best product for the cheapest price delivered in an hour, I am leaving this review because I myself run a business and those bad reviews can really ruin a reputation over nothing, you've ordered a mid ranged priced product and received it, it's not a scam if you order a product and receive it, if you are unhappy with the customer support thats understandable but trying to ruin a companies reputation only because your ego was hurt cause they didn't get back to you as soon as your mommy does is outrages. If you are looking for a good Snoreguard this is the one, don't listen to these dummys.

NO phone mumber to ring. NO response to emails. SCAM

Product arrived and was so small it wouldn't fit a child. Asked for a refund and received no response. The suppor email address is actually just an Outlook account.

Product never arrived. Shipping link bounced around with contradictory messages before I eventually got an error message saying the URL was disabled. Stay away.

Still haven't received the Snoreguard despite ordering more than a month ago. Rubbish company. No customer service. Company is total bullshit. Stay away.

Do not use this this company. They advertise an address as being in the Gold Coast but are not. They are a Chinese based company. When I paid for the Snoreguard mouthpiece I was charged an international transaction fee. I tried calling the company but the number was disabled. I emailed twice but got no reply.
There are more honest companies out there. Please keep away from this one.

They advertise their device, Snoreguard, as effective for Sleep Apnea. When I received it, the directions say - not to be used for Sleep Apnea.
The company site has contact us for all your questions etc etc but they won’t respond to my emails. Address in Brisbane but no phone number. It was posted from China.
