I love Snowball Analytics, but what stands out the most is the support. It simply doesn’t get any better than this.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

When there is a problem, click on the little "question mark" icon in the main dashboard and select "Contact Customer Support". This little magic button gets you assistance even in off-market hours. Customer support never seems to let me down and they are quick!

I disliked the limit for bonds (custom asset)

Customer Service is excellent and very fast, even in week-ends.

You report any problem and in 3 minutes it is solved.

Perfect platform, but there is only one downside - its price!

I had noticed what appeared to be a data error after a stock split entry. I got a quick initial response from support to validate what I saw. Within minutes of replying back why I believed the problem was not on my end they resolved it and asked me to confirm. It was a data provider update error that they then resolved. Snowball Analytics support was amazing, courteous and did timely follow-up with me.

Nice summaries at end of week. Easy to organize portfolio into sectors.

This is a brilliant product backed up by excellent support, that recently required a lot of effort on their part to help me really make the most this unique product . The more I use it the more I love it.

I wanted more than a Yahoo Finance portfolio and after looking at a lot of alternatives, I selected Snowball Analytics - What a great choice.
I love these guys from the beginning. But, today I had to ask their support staff a question. The response was fast and fixed the problem. Very rare these days.
If you need a fantastic portfolio management tool, go with Snowball - I'm really glad I did.

Snowball is a super useful portfolio tool that works across my different accounts. Have messaged their support team multiple times for adjustments to various assets in the data set and they are always super responsive.

I started to use the app since 2025 and honestly it's been perfect option for use my portfolios.... Any time that I need support they helped me.

This system has become priceless to me. Instead of needing spreadsheets for gold, silver, copper, crypto, ETFs, stocks, and separate software to research, graph and track all of those assets separately - it can all be done in this one place. This saves time and aggravation and that makes it an asset.
