The customer service, delivery and response. I contacted the team a few days before purchase to confirm delivery timeliness because I was moving into a new apartment, they were very helpful and when I eventually placed my order days later, I got another email asking what day I wanted the mattress delivered. I didn't expect they would remember, so I was impressed.
The mattress i ordered is also fabulous and delivery driver was really good too.

Very comfortable mattress at an affordable price.

Just a heads up: the item is good quality, but the instructions are not detailed. The bottom section of the triple bunk bed I ordered has no space to sit, only for sleeping. That’s on me for not checking, but I assumed it would be standard. One of the wooden slats on the upper bed was broken, so we had to adjust the others to balance it. Returning it would be a hassle, so I have no choice but to keep it.

Last night was the first night I slept on the mattress but so far so good great nights sleep

We ordered a Carlton 4000 mattress the quality of the mattress is amazing. delivery was fast took about 4 days. i will use snuggle.ie services again in the future

Easy purchase, mattress delivered within 3 working days. Bought the flippable mattress as have bad back and it’s working out super. Very comfortable, no back pain.

Excellent mattresses very comfy. Really good customer service, Ken and his co worker went out of their way delivering up a very steep stairs! Would definitely recommend company.. quick delivery and great communication

Ordered the mattress in a panic but saw amazing reviews and decided to trust them- so glad i did.

Ordered online on a Thursday, their was a glitch with order but within a short space, the tech department had it sorted and order confirmed. I was phoned very helpful staff and mattresses delivered by Saturday morning. No issues. Follow up phone call received. Customer Service 5 star.

Before you buy be very careful regarding your warranty, we have a problem with ours and Mark not willing to do anything about it , read the the reviews for the Bed Store Dundalk Before you buy as if a deal sounds too good to be true in normally is , we spent a lot of money on a bed surround and luxury mattress but now there's a problem they dont want to know and won't help us , you have been warned !!!!

Shortly after I purchased the mattress I received a call to explain that due to the type of mattress the delivery could be a bit longer than advertised. It was great to be informed that there might be a slight delay without having to contact the company myself, this is good service. The evening it was delivered the driver tried to contact me but I was unavailable but this didn't stop the delivery he called to my house and messaged me to let me know.
The mattress is a flipable, medium on one side and firm on the other. I've been using the firm side and am so glad I purchased this mattress. I've been sleeping so well, a bit sorry I didn't purchase this much sooner.
This is the second mattress we have purchased as my son had already gotten a medium mattress, he is also very satisfied.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
