I rang that morning to shop,to order mattress And lovely man voice gave me suggestion to go to snuggle and will be even cheaper.Thank you for that.And my mattress been delivered after 23 hours from ordering Wow super customers service

I have not experienced anything like it in my time of shopping online,I came across the company by chance while looking for a new mattress for my
15 year old daughter as she's having ongoing pain in back and hip for years as her old mattress was only two year old it wasn't the best as it came with the bed at the time.i browsed briefly and went for medium support there was a sale on it with a great discount off I actually thought it was a scam, I paid online but didn't really hear anymore about delivery until very soon after fastway delivered it in a box( yes a box )Indeed a very neat box that I thought I definitely got scammed this will be the side of a flat pancake 🤭. when we opened it we layed it along a wall and cut the plastic to Which it started to inflate to a massive thickness,I won't lie but this is the best quality item I've ever bought online it's better than anything I've seen in shops for the price, My daughter is sleeping like a queen and I definitely intend to get one for myself asap too. You won't be disappointed with the quality of this mattress. Run to buy this as soon as you can 😁. Thank you so very much snuggle👍

We were skeptics when it came to ordering online but We called Mark and he gave the reassurance we needed to hear . The product was exactly as advertised, delivered promptly and the result is a very satisfied customer and so much so that we ordered a second cotton bed package. Great value at €699 especially as it includes a pocket sprung mattress.

Great customer service - I ordered a small double mattress and asked for removal of a double mattress and the team emailed to make sure I ordered the correct size before they processed the order.

The whole experience was smooth and secure. I was told well in advance when the delivery would be. The drivers were friendly and helpful. They picked up the old mattress.

Bought a snuggle 2000 series was sceptical as I bought two other mattresses from a different company that were in a box and they were terrible, but all I can say is wow to the snuggle mattress I have a very bad back and neck and after leaving the mattress expand for 3 days I slept on it last night and I had a wonderful sleep, spoke to mark and he was super helpful as I had a lot of questions but nothing was to much trouble for mark would highly recommend

Spoke to a lad called Mark. He was absolutely sound and reassuring as I was weary about giving my card details on line. 2 days later I received my mattress, and I couldn't be happier.
A suggestion from me is to make their website secure and offer a service to take away your old mattress.

Ordered two mattresses, was sceptical as they came rolled up in boxes. No need to worry, you let them sit for a couple of hours and they perfect. Reasonably priced, courier communicated well & removed our old mattress for €45.

Great service. Got my delivery within 3 days. Was going to order the mattress in the store but wouldn’t have been able to fit in the car. Delivery was so fast

I ordered the mattress on Tuesday night and received it on Thursday morning. They contacted me, were very sweet, helped with all my doubts and everything incredibly fast!
I ordered the flippable on and I’m so happy with my purchase and all the service! The mattress is thick, it feels amazing and finally I’m waking up in the morning with less back pain since I have the proper support for my back.
Really, this purchase changed a lot my mood and I hope it can do the same for others.
The only downside: I don’t want to leave bed in the morning since it feels sooo good haha
