I made the mistake of ordering from this company again having received a 50% refund on my previous order.
This time I purchased a pre order item , SNUZWH69855, on the 6th of November and I decided I didn’t want the item as I don’t think it will suit me.
Checked their website site on the 21st of November and it was still showing as a pre order item so I asked to cancel it for a refund. No reply, so I emailed again on the 23rd having noted that the item was no longer showing as pre order. No reply.
Their site says they will respond in 24 hours but haven’t.
Now just had an email on the 25th to say it has shipped!!!
I suspect I will get an email from Snullo now to say they can’t cancel it as it’s shipped.
I have looked at the tracking details and that says the process started on the 15th of November, at least 6 day before, while the item was still saying pre sale so not available. Not sure they could confirm when it would be available but why would you start the tracking a week before the pre sale item shows as available, I can’t think of a logical answer to that one.
I know it’s my own fault ! But I suspect when I ask to return it, it will be 30% refund offered, followed by 50% as the postage costs to return it to china will be a lot!!!
I shall definitely be blocking this company from my socials and will update when I hear anything.
I popped the order number in just to ensure they can find my details so we shall see….

UPDATE: well they have provided a response on a short jacket which I know has shipped but is a totally different order number to the one I gave them so really glad they took the time to look. Also the short jacket was never on pre sale and shipped fairly quickly, just waiting for it to arrive as it is showing in my country now.
I did get an email yesterday after I left my review, as expected, however they said they were going to intercept the package as it hadn’t left and process my refund???
So who knows where I am apart from customer service who are not looking at my correct order, cane be bothered or are just lying?
Sad because as they say, I have ordered before in their response to me, unlike any of the 5 star reviews left, none of whom who have taken the time to become verified with trust pilot !

I placed an order and paid. Nothing happened for a month. When I finally wrote an email, they told me I'd be refunded. Are these the actions of a professional company?

I am happy with the transaction. Products looks the same like on the Foto. Easy ordering process and a helpful customer support.

Scam just something cheap you would get from Shen, nothing’s as it looks in the pictures just cheap 2-D print on shipping takes forever way longer than advertised

Snullo for the win. In all honesty, I was very nervous about placing an order as I couldn’t find much info on the company. Now I am a believer. There are so many unique and trendy items to choose from. I for one will definitely be ordering much more in the near future.

Snullo is very trendy and offers a special and original style like I like. O ordered a great product which happened to be too small for me, i sent them a mail toblet them know and they reply to me the same day and offer a replacement set . I can say they have a great customer service after buying.

UPDATE: They responded to my review and asked me to reach out to them via email. I sent an email with my receipt, the picture of my purchase and the store I bought it from Snullo.com. They now say my order # doesn’t match their records and asked if I could send more proof. So, I sent my statement along with everything else I had that I had made the purchase through their website, Snullo.com. I haven’t heard anything back from them. I would be careful doing business with them. This is very shady business practices to me. I have all the proof of my purchase. They also do not communicate well. It’s a lot of broken English.

I placed my order on 09/06/25 and received it 10/01/25. Shipping took way too long. When I bought the sweatshirt it said 7 to 10 days for shipping. I ordered the Cross&Letter Graphic Faux Decal Print Slant Pockets Hoodie. It’s absolutely horrible. It’s like something from SHEIN only worse. The material is like rubber, it smells. I’ll have to throw it away due to the chemical smell. I can’t even donate it. Save your money, people. You don’t want anything from this store.
