Received wrong size& they delay change

Be Cusion form ordering from them!! I order item and it’s a wrong size and since 2 month trying to exchange and they ask me to leave 5 star review in order to do that . So be sure of dealing with them and be careful these 5 reviews is not a genuinely given.

Great products and customer service

I love the variety of outfits that are available on Snullo, they're so unique and the quality is great! I had some issues with choosing the right size but the customer service was excellent - they responded quickly and gave clear instructions on how to exchange the item for the correct size. I'll definitely buy more clothes from this company!

EXCELLENTE EXPÉRIENCE

J'ai bien reçu mon costume dans les délais conformes à la date annoncées.
Le vêtement était identique à la photo et le tissus de tres bonne qualité.
Le haut était un peu trop juste et l'échange m'a été proposé par retour de mail à ma demande.
Je recommande ce site et ses produit

I had a sizing issue with a shirt, but customer service was quick, polite, and resolved it to my satisfaction. Great after-sale support.

I had an issue with the size of a shirt…

I had an issue with the size of a shirt I ordered, but the customer service team was extremely polite and helpful throughout the process. Their after-sale support was excellent—they responded quickly, understood my concern, and resolved the issue in a way that left me completely satisfied.
