We really don't appreciate the negative review considering that our FAQs state that if you live outside of the UK delivery times may vary depending on the country.
It also states that you may be subject to some import fees (as we are outside the EU) which are your responsibility to pay as the importer.

This is the same if you import ANY goods from outside of the EU. Customs will charge you an import fee.
In future, we would advise taking the time to read policies that apply to you before placing orders somewhere.
