Do a research before you buy it
Selling snus which nicotine strength is over the limit in Estonia. On the website says that Iceberg is 35mg/pouch and it was way over than the website said. Now i can’t get my money back and toll took it.

We truly regret any inconvenience you experienced with your delivery. Upon reviewing your order, we found that it was placed on September 24th, fulfilled the following day on September 25th, and the first delivery attempt was made by UPS on September 26th, so there was no 15 days delay. Additionally, UPS made two more attempts to deliver your package, but unfortunately, they were unable to complete the delivery as the receiver was not listed in the building directory. Unfortunately, we are unable to directly influence delivery.
We also want to reassure you that we processed a full refund for your order. Given the circumstances, we have done everything within our power to resolve the issue.
Please let us know if there is any other way we can assist in resolving this issue.
