Manglende kundeservice, og trukket penge
Jeg har bestilt derfra 2 gange uden de store problemer.
Nu har jeg så lavet en bestilling igen, dog for 5 dage siden. Mit problem med situationen er at jeg har prøvet at kontakte dem flere gange på mail, uden at få svar.
Og nu ved jeg ikke hvornår jeg får min pakke eller om den bliver sendt.
Det er ikke en fed situation at stå i som kunde.
De har trukket pengene, men de har stadig ikke pakket min ordre efter 5 dage.
De reklamere med god/award winning costummor service men de har ikke svaret på hverken DM eller mail.
Der står også at alle ordre bliver sendt samme dag.
Det her er rigtig frustrerende.

Thanks for your review! Unfortunately, we've had to limit our shipping to Lithuania due to a high rate of fraudulent orders from that location. We hope to get a solution in place that don't encourage this behavior very soon.
Delivery agent is Spain is awful
I only gave 3 stars because of the delivery agent they use in Spain. I got delayed deliveries for up to a week because the courier lied and said that they arranged a new delivery date with me, even though nobody called me.

I never received my order, then they said they will refund me. They only refunded me for shipping and I am still waiting for the rest

My order arrived in perfect condition and I’ve received it. Great service. It was the first time I’d placed an order via your website.
If you could stock a wider variety of 6 mg snus, that would be perfect. I’ve also noticed that the nicotine content isn’t always accurate, since the product description sometimes doesn’t match the nicotine amount shown in the photo and its caption.
