Ordered nicotine free but was sent…

Ordered nicotine free but was sent pouches containing nicotine despite being very clear that this could not happen as they are illegal in my country.

Wrong products

Wrong products, i was promised more quantity which never was delivered and delayed. When i asked for the adress to send back the wrong products , i get no reply. I want my money back!

Wrong order

Wrong order, no proper support, and no follow-up. I received products with much higher nicotine strength than I ordered, which is unacceptable. After promising to check the issue, they stopped responding. Very unprofessional service.

Received wrong order items

Received my order, but 2 out of the 10 cans were a different flavour/strength - same brand but different label. I shared a photo of the order as I received it, asking if this could be corrected and their reply was simply:
"Hello !

They’re the same

EXPIRED and INCORRECT Items

ALL 10 CANS OF THE 10 PACK WERE EXPIRED then the icing on the cake the other two cans I ordered were the wrong brand and flavor I ordered 10 RaBBit blueberry ALL EXPIRED then I ordered a NicoBit Orange Ice - they sent 77 Peach&Mint and I also ordered a Rush Grape Ice - they sent a Boost Mint. I also sent numerous emails (and a WhatsApp message to site provided number) to cancel the order immediately after ordering because the RaBBit blueberry was listed as a scented candle complete with a lengthy description of how the candle would “transform your home” and “poured exclusively by Snusljus.com” so I obviously didn’t want the candle, they assured me they only sell snus and they wouldn’t cancel it for me. Worst experience ordering snus I’ve ever encountered. Do NOT make the same mistake I did. Oh and they never got back to me when I told them about the wrong and expired items.

Paid 12e for a 2-5 day delivery

Paid 12e for a 2-5 day delivery, it came after 20 days, no explanation why just delaying non stop. Then when it arrived i got almost completely wrong order, again no heads up no explanation just sends whatever he likes, been ordering couple of times, every single one the wait was longer than said, and half of the order was wrong. Disappointing on every level.

Tracking information is sent automatically immediately after an order is shipped. While we dispatch orders according to the selected delivery option, delivery times are ultimately handled by the carrier. UPS delays can unfortunately occur, and in some cases public holidays or red days may also affect transit times, which can extend delivery beyond the estimated window.

That said, we regret that the delays were not explained clearly and that the order did not arrive as expected. This is not the experience we want our customers to have, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

WRONG ORDER!

I ordered 38 cans and got 33 which had 17 that was not ordered. In two zip backs wrapped together with brown tape. More depressing than impressive. They don't answer email or chat.
