My package has been stuck in customs…
My package has been stuck in customs for weeks, they are requesting a tabacco license and of course that was not disclosed when placing the order. No response from SnusPal after several emails and chat messages. I am out $$ and not response or product! DO NOT BUY if shipping into USA.

Tracking status is pretty confusing
Honestly as of right now i have a 1 star because throughout the shipping tracking website it says its either in canada or salt lake and it says delivered even though its not here so i dont know hopefully it comes soon but as of right now the tracking on this is confusing me alot so thats the only thing i dislike as of right now and hopefully it arrives soon❤️

What is this?!
