Hi!
My first experience has been very positive. Good brands of snuss at a very reasonable price, both the product itself and the shipping costs, and ultra-fast delivery. Great! I won't be the last time I visit the store!
Cheers!

Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. Your delivery arriving late and not receiving a response from us is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide. I completely understand the frustration.
Please know we’re here to make this right — even now. If you can provide your order number via email or live chat, we’ll arrange a reshipment, refund, or another solution that suits you. We’re also reviewing our response times so this doesn’t happen again.
Thank you for your patience, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
