Absolutely perfect customer service, quick delivery and all products arrived at the best standard. I was extremely happy with my purchase, the value for money was insane with 10 pots for £39.99. Using one of the special codes that actively get released, I lowered the price to £32.99 which heavily competes with any online or in person shop I used to buy from. Extremely pleased with Snusway and their products.

I contacted the company and received an almost instantaneous reply in which they acknowledged the issue and issued a complete redelivery of the product with 'next-day delivery' and they also issued a full refund for the delivery fee.
