really good experience from sahil and saloni from kirpa properties had a smooth transaction from the beginning to the end they were really helpful not pushy at all and gave the best advice even though it took me 6 months to decide , would definitely recommend kirpa and shoba for the quality of there build and also the upkeep of there current properties really pleased with my experience , also the after sales team mariam solumon has been a great help in sorting out the apps and been told that she is available at all times for any information that i may need

Elham from Customer Relations has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her persistent and patient approach is recognizable. Elham actually has hand held me to merge my dual profile and ensure the registration was done.

I have been fairly satisfied so far, Mariam Solyman who has recently been appointed as my Relationship Manager, has been generally supportive. Will need to get more information and support as I need to go through this journey.

I purchased offplan property and everytime I send money i have to wait weeks stressing for confirmation. The customer service is very poor will never buy from them again..

The experience of buying has been very smooth. Clear information with answering all questions. The team was also helpful remotely and present across time zones. Mariam Solyman was key person in their customer care team who helped on the booking process etc

I PLACED A 12kTOKEN TO HOLD A APARTMENT, TILL TODAY I HAVE EMAILED AND CALLED THEM AND THEY HAVE EXCUSES OR JUST DONT RESPOND. THEY ARE SCAMING FEREIGN INVESTORS SO STAY AWAY FROM SOBHA REALTY AS THEY ARE FRAUDULENT ACTORS HIDING IN DUBAI.

Sobha quality is outstanding! Extremely tedious & challenging handover & post sale process but they do have patient & caring customer service representatives like Amina Shazna who excelled at it. She demonstrated professionalism, empathy, effective communication skills & ensured the NOC process was completed in time.

I bought an apartment with Sobha Realty and a month before my next payment, I got ahead of it and made the payment early. I was assigned Oksana Stepanenko as my CRM and collections executive. She is absolutely the worst person to work with. She will respond to your email once every 3 days and will waste your time for over months. Not only did it take her 2 weeks to provide me an account to wire USD into, but after the money was received, she would ask for one information every 3 days. No matter how many proof, details, or attachments you send her, she will consistently ask for them again and ignore your previous email. If this is how everyone at Sobha is, I worry for all future buyers. Beware if you are ever forced to work with Oksana.

My everything was taken care of by Aswati. She is really helpful and amazing in terms of knowledge and dealing with the clients. My personal experience with sobha and aswati were really amazing and i will make more deals with sobha in Future

Amina was very helpful and pushed to get the title deed out as soon as possible
