I had not read the reviews for the site so was not aware it was digital downloads and not physical posters. I was not very happy after reading these reviews and then realising I may have been scammed.
But credit due to the company- I emailed requesting a refund as the site is misleading and they have sent me a refund. The website needs to be clearer about this.

Responding yet again, and for the final time: Believe me, this isn’t something I need to come to terms with over time 😂. I’m all good. I only left it a month to follow up because I had to wait that long until my case was closed with the bank. What you are doing is immoral so the right thing to do is call you out. Other than the reviews on YOUR website, which you clearly control, I’d love to know where all these happy customers are hiding. Getting my refund was a farce; lost emails, empty promises and repeatedly pointing me to your non-prominent FAQ page. And it appears from other reviews, I’m not alone. Anyone reading this will know, but the worry is not everyone will
look here first. That’s how you have kept in business. But that is what Trading Standards is for I guess. Over and out!

Responding again: At the bottom of their product pages is a dropdown banner with ‘Instructions to download’. What they should clearly state in a prominent place (i.e body content of description and product title is - ‘Please note, no physical poster is provided with this purchase, only a digital download for you to print and pay for yourself’. They know as well as everyone else that they wouldn’t get any purchases if this was the case.

I feel their ‘instructions to download’, if you get that far, implies that the digital version is additional. Instead, they mention ‘posters’ all over their website (when it should state ‘file’), use photos of physical posters and have different poster sizes to buy. It speaks for itself.

I also draw attention to a review from March 2025 when they apologise for the website being misleading and that they would make the necessary amends so it was no longer misleading. But yet people keep falling for it. If they don’t have control over their website why are new posters being added? What kind of business can’t make website edits? None! I will leave it that. Let anyone reading this review (and all the others reviews) decide if this is legit. Good luck with that!

Response to their reply below: My point being, they told me my refund was imminent but it only came once I went via the bank. I disagree, Trust Pilot is actually very good insight, as it’s independent. Funny that I tried posting a negative review on their website and surprise surprise, it never appeared, so hardly impartial. Finally, to make it clear on their website that they are not selling physical products is very easy, I work with websites, a simple banner, pop-up or adding wording to the product template is all you need, but yet they do nothing, because if they did then no one would buy. Instead, they keep referring to a line tucked away on an FAQ page, which no one sees. They have been reported to Trading Standards, let’s see what they say!

I’m back to follow up from my poor review a couple of months ago. They responded to it saying all of their product descriptions state it is a download. Lie!

They also said they had issued a refund. Never came!

In the end, I raised a dispute with my bank, they found in my favour and credited my account. I advise anyone else to do the same and also report to Trading Standards.

They apparently send a link to download which 2 weeks later not received to go print yourself what a joke of a company bunch of ignorant clowns don’t answer emails keep sending a generic email bk no contact since order 26th Jan disgusting scam company wish I had read reviews do not purchase anything from these fools take your money and blank you what sort of so called business does that

Do not buy from this company!

Firstly, they sell digital pictures. I understood this from the beginning, and so no complaints about that. But it’s not very clearly advertised so please note.

However, I paid for the digital downloads in Dec 25 and they sent a link to download, but nothing could be downloaded.

I have chased this for almost 2 months, and just get automated email replies.

Still no content, no offer of a refund

Scam it’s not for a poster a digital 1 I have message them and the told me to download it and it’s no good to me I thought was for a poster iv messaged again loads of time and no reply

Bought the posters for my son, but didn’t see anywhere these were digital downloads. The pictures make you believe it is a real poster sent to you in a poster tube. When you add to basket they ask for the size and say shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Very misleading. After waiting for a while for my posters to arrive I contacted them and got a generic email. I replied to that asking for a refund as I didn’t even open the downloads. No answer. Very poor customer service. I pressed ‘follow up’a few times, sent another separate email but didn’t hear back from them since. My son saw their add on TikTok. I should have known it was a scam. Very disappointed.

Perfect wee solution for a late Xmas present really cool designs too. Not sure about confusion on here there is no mention of shipping it’s clearly digital. Will buy again

Great posters, got some for my lads birthday and you can see some good work has gone into them! Only small gripe was email took a while to come through but contacted and they were very helpful. Shame about the other reviews on here and can’t speak for their experience but the posters are very good quality.

avoid, just a plain scam

they show a photo of the print you require next to a tube which is used for delivery only to say their homepage tells you its a digital download only. 10 day refund if not happy is a load of bull they DO NOT REFUND they ignore your emails it's a rip off company

As with others reviews, the site is purposely misleading and is just a download of a poster. Sly!

Mislead on the posters, expected a physical and since read on trustpilot that others have had the same issue. Requested a refund via email, no response.

No telephone numbers to call either

They replied to my review and said they can't give me a refund because apparently I opened the link but I didn't so they are just scamming me at this point on.

Can I get a refund please as I believe I have been mis-sold this product I was expecting a physical poster not a download why wod you need to put a delivery address if it's a download mis-sold

UPDATED: Company refunded and apologised immediately for any confusion and assured me would be altering the website to make clearer.

As other previous reviews. Very misleading, was expecting a physical poster sent out. Nothing in description to state the purchase would be a download.

I have requested a refund.

Misleading, I thought this was an actually poster with a free downloadable copy. Was i wrong it's just a download. I tried to Contact them to see where my poster was and received no response. On there page it's not clear that it's download only and even states free delivery why would you say that if its just an email?

Still waiting for someone to contact me about a refund. This is a total con! Emailed them numerous times and no reply. Do not buy! It’s a scam! Took my money, never received the product and no reply to my emails asking for a refund!

Having a hard time with the company. Mislead with them offering free shopping only to find out it’s download only. After purchase I did not receive my download. I have messaged multiple times with no response. Thinking this is a scam.

It’s a download. This is not clear unless you delve into the T’s and C’s/ FAQ’s. My poor son saw the posters on TikTok and then asked me to buy it. I only realised it was a download when he asked when it would arrive. I then saw the delivery details that it was downloadable. Not much use to someone without a printer . Website does not make this clear at all. I get the concept- and good idea as long as you make it clear up front.

I wanted a refund and they gave me my money back . It's a good company you just have to read carefully the description of their items
