Third Time Working With Social Buzzing
I've worked with Social Buzzing on 3 separate occasions. In the previous review, I rated the experience four stars as I found the experience to be good, but that it could've been better in terms of utilizing brand specificity in social media posts.
Now for some context: I am the founder of a video production company out of New York, and we needed more presence online. We had done posts solely on our end in the past. It turns out we didn't really know what audiences wanted (hint: it's usually not what you think.) It turns out most Instagram folks like sunsets, and pretty pictures of Manhattan more than esoteric film references (who woulda thought?)
Fast forward to 2021, and once again, I hired Social Buzzing to do posts for the business. This time, I was specific with wanting only Instagram, and some blog postings for the website. I was specific with the blog posting topics, as they needed to be related to services we were offering (like live video streaming services, and remote video production content.)
Steven Brown from the Social Buzzing team was rolling out posts in 2020 on Instagram. The images were solid in my view, but far too broad and lacking definition. I couldn't help but think the Instagram content could've been more tailored to our business (as in emulating more of the logo, and website style we had already set forth.)
Come 2021, I was expecting more of the same. But I wanted to see what could be accomplished. The results, however, far exceeded my expectations. Steven Brown did an unbelievable job on this. I was told instead of doing 5 posts a week, it would be 5 posts and 5 stories per day. When the images popped up, the posts used the same font we use for the business, and also the business' specific brand colors.
Short videos were used as well on Instagram, and some animation of client testimonials (which we had seen before in 2020, but this time the videos were more tasteful, and of a higher production quality.) The blogs arrived with images, and were implemented on the website. It was very important to me, to have the blogs have some meaning, or relevancy to current events, and services we offered.
Obviously in these times, it makes sense to advertise, and offer live video streaming, and remote video services. The blogs were well-composed, and helped to widen our website's content spectrum. For me, it was also important to use words in the blogs, that would be relevant to SEO. So the team took that into consideration as well.
Overall, I found the 2021 experience to be superior to the 2020 experience mainly due to Steven Brown's excellent work, and brand specific content on Instagram. Would I recommend Social Buzzing's services to someone else? I would, and I would add to be as specific as you can be to get the results you want. I find extreme specificity to be the difference maker.
