Really easy-to-use socialkit API and highly functional customer service that can help us configure the API.

My n8n workflow works correctly with this API. I get the data from multiple Instagram videos once per day and update my database.

Acknowledged and fixed an issue I was having with the product super fast and truly caring about how to help me use the tool for my use case.

I was looking for a way to get data about YouTube videos, and SocialKit was the perfect solution.
Not only do they provide an API to get the transcript of nearly *any* video (something a lot of other tools failed at), they also provided an AI-based API where I could control the response of the API! This is a whole new level of designing APIs.
Needless to say that the experience was amazing, it was very easy to set up and get going, and support was superb.
