One reason I chose Socinator over other automation tools is its affordability. The automation power it offers at its price point is impressive for small businesses like mine. I do wish there was a tiny plan for just a couple of accounts, but overall, it’s worth it. With Socinator, I stay consistent on social media without needing a dedicated team, and it helps my brand stay visible without overspending.

I purchased Socinator after reading claims that it was a simple, “plug-and-play” automation tool to manage multiple social media accounts. The advertising strongly suggests it connects directly and legitimately to major platforms. In reality, this is not true.

Here’s the reality after using it:

Socinator does not connect directly to your accounts in any approved way. Instead, it forces you to set up proxies so the software can “sneak in the back door.”

This method is in direct violation of the Terms of Service of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, YouTube, etc.). Using Socinator risks immediate bans, suspensions, or permanent account loss.

The software is not plug-and-play as advertised. It requires complicated proxy configuration and constant monitoring. Without this, it doesn’t work at all.

Support’s response is to push you toward their training courses instead of acknowledging that the software itself is unsafe and misleading.

This is not what was promised. The product is being sold under false pretenses. It is not an authorized partner of any social platform, and it exposes customers to unnecessary risks.

I requested a refund but was refused, despite consumer protection laws clearly stating that when a product is misrepresented, customers are entitled to a refund.

⚠️ Warning to others: Socinator is not fit for purpose. It misrepresents how it works, violates platform rules, and puts your accounts at risk. Think very carefully before spending money here.

Honestly, I didn't expect the auto-connect feature to be this good. It feels supernatural, and I've grown my network faster than ever.

Tool doesn't work as intended. When using the low recommended settings your accounts still get banned (tried on different socials). Support tried helping twice but it still did the same thing so I gave up using the tool.

6+ months later I was billed again for the year which I asked the same day I was billed for a refund. They said no because auto-renewal was set despite me not enabling it. If I happen to get a refund I'll update the review!

They are terrible, they don't have a clue what is going on, this software I must say is in the BETA version it has so many issues. The software crashes, and you can't do anything, it's fully bugged, I tried to import 100 accounts through CSV it crashed.

I contacted them on Skype after 1h of purchase to get a refund, but they are bull*tting me that I had not received the license key when I clearly did and I used the software. This is their response:

"As we checked your payment status shows pending, that the reason you didn't received the license key , and unable to use the software, please allow us some time our concern team will check the update the status."

They are trying to steal money and not refund you by giving you lies etc. This is not HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS.

They also have an issue with Paypal most likely because 90% of the people dispute the payments.

STAY AWAY! BIG NO!

The product doesn't work. Although I told them about it immediately, they refused to issue a refund. It seems this is why they don't have a free trial.

Bad software, bad service, only works on Windows. They expect you to install a virtual environment in parallels to get it working on a Mac. Archaic rubbish.

I'm so happy after using socinator for my business. Its features truly provided me with wonderful results. Also, it's auto-comment feature was just great. Mind-blowing!
