About Sock Affairs
Sock affairs has been five years in the making. In 2018, two guys left their cushy corporate jobs to follow a big idea: make fun socks for grown ups. Three brands and 1 million socks later, weâve developed a team of knitting experts, each assigned with the creative vision of a collection, according to their hobbies and passions. Collectively, we focus on making high-quality socks that look good and feel even better. In this journey, we've created a community of tens of thousands that share our passion. People who know that when you put on a great pair of socks, it can make your whole day better.

I love the socks! They fit perfectly and the colors and designs are fantastic! I would have wished for a little more interaction between order and delivery ... However, other than that quibble, I have no complaints and will certainly look to purchase more socks in the future.

Lovely Company to deal with.
My order took longer than expected to arrive due to Christmas parcel volumes. However, it did arrive just in time for Christmas!
Selene's customer service was excellent.

Hi Anna,
Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry that you did not have a great experience in our store.
Unfortunately, the item in your order is out of stock due to an unexpected stock rupture, and we were unable to complete your order.
Since we are still unsure of the restock date, we have gone ahead and refunded your order SA26216 on December 23rd. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
In the meantime, we have sent an email explaining the reason for the reimbursement. May I kindly ask you to confirm if you received it?
Let's keep in touch, and if there's anything else we can do to help, just let us know.
Easy to order no issues there.
Unfortunately after 48hrs still no shipping etc so contacted them they said they would send tracking when shipped. After another 24hrs got another email advertising if order now immediately dispatch. So emailed them again them only to find out they are out stock.
Would have helped if they had said this in original email and also they should have realised they were out of stock when originally ordered them.
Yes gave me a refund but lost a 8 to 10 days to replace present.
Not impressed.

Hi there,
Thank you for your honest feedback. Iâve looked into your order and I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in notifying you about the stock issue and the frustration caused by our automated emails.
We completely dropped the ball here, and I realize this cost you valuable time in finding a replacement gift. We want to make this right and ensure your next experience is what it should have been.
Please reply directly to this email or reach out to us at info@sockaffairs.com. I would like to personally provide you with a special discount code for a future order and assist you with any questions you may have.
We value your business and hope to have the chance to regain your trust.
Best regards,
Entrega eficiente e produtos sempre inovadores.

Empresa péssima, os patrões tratam mal os funcionários e os clientes. Deviam ter vergonha por fazer o que fazem. Não recomendo, péssima experiência e atendimento. Prefiro comprar meias na happy socks. E meias de péssima qualidade
