About Sock Affairs
Sock affairs has been five years in the making. In 2018, two guys left their cushy corporate jobs to follow a big idea: make fun socks for grown ups. Three brands and 1 million socks later, weâve developed a team of knitting experts, each assigned with the creative vision of a collection, according to their hobbies and passions. Collectively, we focus on making high-quality socks that look good and feel even better. In this journey, we've created a community of tens of thousands that share our passion. People who know that when you put on a great pair of socks, it can make your whole day better.

Interessa-me sobretudo a originalidade e diversidade de temas.

Hi Philippe,
Thank you so much for your order and for your review. We take quality very seriously and your feedback is critical to us.
We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with our items.
We sold more than 500.000 socks since our launch and had very few problems, one that we detected is that if you tumble dry your socks they become a lot more fragile and shrink considerably due to the fibers that make them more elastic and comfortable, that's why we don't recommend it on our washing instructions.
We'll send you a replacement pair right away. Do you want it delivered to the same address? Simply advise us the order number.
If you don't want the replacement pair, we can simply refund your money.
Just let us know how you want to proceed, so we can help you further.

Hi Pascal,
Thank you for reaching out and we are sorry that you did not have a great experience in our store.
Your order: SA24602 was shipped on November 12 2025. Orders with standard shipping to Germany can take up to 10 business days to arrive, however, at this stage, it is clearly lost by the post office.
As we've mentioned in our previous email, we will reship your order right away.
In the meantime, if we can help you with anything else, just let us know.

We are glad to see that you are happy with our service!
We hope to see you soon at Sock Affairs and thank you so much for saying No to boring socks!
I've ordered socks from Sockaffairs more than once and will be ordering more soon, because where you can find socks of great classic paintings like Caravaggio's Medusa? The quality is great (no hurting stitching) and the designs my favourite, always awesome.

We sent you an email to confirm your shipping address, so we await your reply before reshipping your order. We look forward to hearing from you soon, so we can help you receive your order ASAP!

Hi Guillaume,
Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry that you did not have a great experience in our store.
Your order: SA24104 was shipped on November 4, 2025. Orders with standard shipping to Canada can take up to 10 business days to arrive with no tracking number, as stated in our FAQs.
According to the tracking information, your order was delivered on December 1st.
Regarding the fees, unfortunately, as your order was shipped from outside the European Union, these import charges are determined entirely by Canadian Customs and are, unfortunately, beyond our control.
We understand this can be unexpected, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
In the meantime, if we can help you with anything else, just let us know.
