We are repeat customers. I immediately bought two hammock chairs when I sat in them at a fair, a few years ago, and they are still in great shape and we enjoy them daily. We just recently purchased a Gravity Rocker. We love all of them and find the business to be extremely professional and the chairs/swings to be wonderful! Guests always get such a kick out of them & love sitting in them when they come over. Theyâre easy to clean- and we live in Florida and keep them outside. Weâve had only positive experiences with this company and their products!

i ordered a swing in nashville from soco swings. they said it would be delivered in 3 weeks. its been over 6 and still no swing. the company has no phone number to contact them about my order. i emailed them and never received a response either. very poor company to deal with . save your money buy elsewhere

I bought a swing several years ago and it was delivered on time--we love it! The fabric on the swing cover has deteriorated to the point where we have to cover it with a blanket, so I ordered another several weeks ago. they charged my card immediately but I haven't received any order confirmation or any acknowledgement that I ordered it. I wrote them via their 'contact us' form last week and haven't heard. I wrote them again today. Seems consistent with other complaints. If I don't hear in the next few days I'll just ask Amex to dispute the charge and refund me. It's a shame because the product is really good, but customer service appears to be missing in action.
Update: on 4/2 I got a reply that they were prepping the cushion for shipping soon. Still not great service, but hopefully the cushion will show up.

I would rate it a zero but thatâs not an option. A swing was paid for in full 6 months ago and still not delivered. Thereâs always an excuse. He said it shipped but it never was. A tracking number was not provided upon request.
There are several Better Business Bureau complaints of the same nature. This could be a scam that perhaps law enforcement should investigate.
Terrible Customer service.
I bought two swings in June at a festival in Nashville, I have yet to receive the second arch. They will only communicate via email and will not provide a telephone number, and they tell me that the second arch was delivered when it has not! Very frustrating! Will never purchase from this company again!

I ordered a two person swing from a dealer at a local festival on September 17th. He said the items would be delivered in approximately three weeks. The stand arrived the next week so I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to see on the UPS tracking that a label had been created and they were waiting for shipment information on the second package. I emailed the company on October 31st, once we hit the six week mark. They asked me to provide the receipt showing that I'd paid and I responded with verification immediately. I heard nothing else from them so I sent another email on November 2nd, no response. Today I arrived home to a box that was partially opened, the wood that is part of the swing is scuffed, the rope that accompanies the swing was outside the box and someone taped over it. It's so mangled that I don't think UPS could have even done this. I have no idea what I'm missing and what's broken inside the box. I've taken pictures and contacted the company but if history repeats itself I won't hear from these people. Do NOT buy a swing from this company. If it seems like a good deal, and special event pricing is only for that event, don't fall for it. It doesn't matter how much money you save if it's unusable.
Their cushion only lasted a year (in Ohio summer only) before fading to a creamy pink! We ordered a replacement cushion for our Loveseat swing back in March, paid in full on our credit card 3-1/2 months ago. Itâs now mid-June and we have had nothing but promises from an "Online Only" person named James that keeps telling us it will ship "This Week"
After 14 weeks of his promises.... we never received our paid in full cushion! Buyer Beware!
Worst customer âserviceâ ever! In 2019 we bought a Low Country Swing in biscuit (tan) from this company from a dealer at the Sarasota Seafood Festival. No issues. This February 2022, after changing our lanai and exterior house colors, we decided to get new gray padding for our swing. We happened to be at another festival in Everglades City and saw a dealer there. We ordered the padding in gray for our chair and gave him our Cc #. He said the padding would ship in 2 weeks. Nothing came. We called the # on our receipt but the message said to email only. No voice messages could be left. The voice on the recording was supposedly the owner. My husband emailed several times and FINALLY got a response that our padding was in shipping. This was now April. Nothing ever arrived. My husband emailed again and got a reply that our Biscuit (tan) padding was âready to shipâ any day. My husband replied the padding we ordered was GRAY, not BISCUIT. No reply. He emailed again ( as this seems the only way to get a response from these people) and was told the biscuit padding order had been cancelled and a new order for gray padding was pending shipping. Nothing arrived. We tried calling and emailing but received no replies. I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card when just this week, (June 6th) the padding arrived out of the blue- 4 months after it was ordered and paid for! The footrest was missing and when we emailed them, they replied the footrest was NOT included in the cost-it was extra- all completely contrary to what the salesman told us.( $99 complete.) At this point, we decided not to have any more contact with SoCo Swings, so we ordered our matching gray footrest from EZ Hang Chairs and it arrived in 2 days. This company rocks!!
