After looking for a blue leather footstool for few months, I finaly found one on your website for a good price, which I was very pleased with.
I called the outlet and spoke to salesperson to ensure that the organisation was not a scam, this reassured me, as we live in London and you are based in Warrington. I spoke to friendly helpful person which eased my concerns.
As my initial experience was good, we paid. On Thursday I received call from another salesperson to book a delivery appointment which was for today Saturday 27th June.
I called just now to confirm an estimated delivery time only to be told that the delivery was cancelled even though we paid in full, when investigated further they found that it had been in paid in full, it was an error on their part, but could no longer deliver today.
An apology was made, which I did not accept, as they did not contact me.
A new appointment was arranged for Monday 29th, which is very disappointing.
When I requested for our order to be the first delivery of the day as it was an error on their part, the response received was that it could not be arranged.
I would strongly advise that your outlet revise your policy and procedures to ensure that you have a contingency in place especially when the customer (myself) had to call to confirm delivery only to find that it had been cancelled.
As an online service you should ensure that your service to your customers is just as good as your face-to- face customers. We are purchasing from you on good faith which should be respected. NOT IMPRESSED. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Note for management
delivery ppl felt very rough in handling sofas, they flipped sofa on its arms upside down onto tiles... Without bothering to cover floor with sheets or plastic wrapping... Which was just there... Obviously I was concerned about getting any scratches on my leather sofas...

Maybe they thought it's clearance sofas so they don't have to look after it as new ones... But I've still paid over £2k.

Also on one sofa the legs take 3 screws but they only found enough to use 2 on each leg... I think they said I would be sent some additional ones..

However the sofas are gr8 bargain.

Had a couple of items from here now and would really recommend it. The items are excellent at brilliant prices but the customer service makes this exceptional. Every single staff member that I have dealt with have been so lovely and can’t do enough to help, Stuart in particular who sorted a slight issue was great and is a credit to the company. I will absolutely recommend this company to everyone.

A great experience. We had seen some sofas we wanted from sofology but they were VERY expensive. With kids and a dog I knew that I'd be gutted spending all that money. We looked on sofa clearance outlet and found the same sofas that were ex display.
Honestly they are AMAZING!!!!!! I would always look to buy from here before anything else now. Customer service was great, delivery men were great.

Ordered two footstools, was a little confusion on the delivery charge, which customer services sorted. Items took about 10 days to be delivered. Delivery driver was very helpful. Items are fantastic. I would definitely consider purchasing from this company again
