Great service, Chris looked after us, he spent a couple of hours with us and did not pressure in any way. He spent a great deal of time explaining the difference between types of mattresses, and beds and headboard

Came to look for a new bed, Chris the sales chat fully explained all the different variations of bed we could have, mattresses, bases and headboards. We were able to select the carpet combination we wanted. Really impressed with the service

What a journey we had from being greeted when we first arrived at Sofasuperstore Warrington by Julie. There wasn’t anything that was too much trouble for her to do for us as we looked for a new corner sofa, with an explanation that any corner sofa we seen could be tailor made to our specifications and also fabric choice (which was a lot of fabric ranges and colours) needless to say we have placed our order and can’t wait for delivery, whilst in store we also chose a new bed and headboard being given the same professionalism from Julie about the different beds and headboards on offer

We purchased a corner sofa from the Warrington store. We were served by Chris who was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Great experience in your Warrington store today. We had a sofa in mind but didn't think it was possible to get the size and style we wanted. Julie came along and made that possible, she went above and beyond while helping us choose our sofa. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made a huge difference.
