We ordered our sofa at the Bolton (Middlebrook) Branch today and very excited to see it come together. Justin was fab and helped us design our sofa from the made to measure range, showed us different materials, foam inserts, designs etc and made the experience a breeze! Will definitely be recommending :)

Really helpful staff.
Spent nearly an hour testing out various beds.
Can't recall her name, but the lady assistant was particularly good.

Chris from the Warrington branch was absolutely excellent, helped us with everything. Would definitely recommend

Went to the Warrington store to look for a new bed and mattress. Chris welcomed us into the store, pointed us in the right direction, gave us some general advice, then allowed us time to browse the furniture options. Once we needed assistance, Chris approached us and was very knowledgeable and helped us make the perfect selection for both furniture and price.

Joanne our sales assistant was amazing, we only came in to look and we were determined we wouldn’t buy in the first shop but she talked us through everything and helped us design our perfect couch. 10/10 service.

Absolutely amazing, went in with an idea of why we wanted from a different sofa shop. Ended up leaving g even happier with a better sofas cheaper than the other sofa shop we were going to purchase from.

Brought a 3+2 recliner sofa from Sofa Superstore Bolton. I reported issues with the recliner on the same day of delivery and contacted them multiple times via email and phone. I was informed that the issue would be resolved after the Christmas holidays, but I am still chasing them to get it fixed. I am unsure what steps to take next. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Sofa Superstore.

Chris was a great gent to deal with, not a pushy salesman and we came away with the suite we wanted at a great price.

We visited the Warrington store and were assisted by Chris. We were able to browse at our own pace without being shadowed and at no point did we feel under any buying pressure. Chris was very knowledgeable and provided us with all the information we needed to make the right choice for our circumstances. Looking forward to the new sofas!

We’ve had super service at Sofa Superstore at Warrington. Everyone is so friendly and they’ve looked after my mum when a piece of furniture didn’t fit. They helped her to choose an alternative piece, and she left happy. Thanks to Julie, Brandon and Gary! The delivery men were so nice too.
