I have received a faulty, unusable flashlight for 80 USD. Customer service told me that it is not a quality problem and it does not affect the use of an IPX8 product that the cover of the switch was installed incorrectly, so water and dirt can get inside the torch without any obstruction.
They are either surprisingly ignorant or lie on purpose.
All they could offer was a 5 USD refund (this means 2 stars instead of the original 1).

You either won't receive the package as a victim of a selective scam, or they'll use lasership and someone else will get the product you paid for, I've had both happened to me. For the former they provided a tracking number that USPS I formed me was never addressed to me and weighed less than half an ounce; a scam they said they see often. Disputing all charges and getting a replacement card. Terrible company.

The delivery times a fantastic considering the items are direct from China to the United Kingdom. Sometimes recieving within 6 days.

In one order I got one item with the wrong color, one item with less quantity of what I've purchased and a different product than what I've purchased!
