Beware of this Turo host!

I rented a Ford Bronco, and the experience was a nightmare. The car was dirty at pickup—completely uncleaned from the previous use. I had to pay $120 out of pocket for a mobile detailing service because the host’s only solution was to send someone the next day or later, which didn’t work for my schedule.

After returning the car, the host falsely accused me of off-roading (which I never did—it was used strictly on highways) and demanded money through Zelle instead of resolving any issues through Turo’s official platform. Asking for off-platform payments is unprofessional and likely a violation of Turo’s policies.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes renting from this host stressful and unpleasant. Renters should think twice before booking with this individual!
