Very good selection and staff very good

Great service from Salma but delivery costs are crazy! I've been in a view times here and had my eye on the Hygge sofa, which I finally bought last week. The staff in this branch are always very friendly and pleasant, on this occasion I was helped by Salma who was really nice and very helpful and patient with me as I made my decisions. My only criticism is the delivery cost, I think it's extremely high and should be reviewed by the company, as I know other companies will deliver the same kind of thing for a third of the price. Giving 5 stars for the service, staff and the options available.

Went twice to look at reclining sofas on two separate days I was approached by arron and then Salma both were very well informed on the details of the sofas ,and were very polite. Great experience thank u can’t wait for my new sofas.

My wife and I had a great experience choosing our sofa with Barry, he was very helpful and patient with our indecisiveness. Helpfully, she let us take some swatches home which helped inform our decision. I returned to buy the sofa today, Salma completed the sale, she was incredibly well informed, he explained every aspect of the purchase, insurance and delivery and completed the transaction swiftly. I feel all my questions were answered well and would recommend this team to anyone.

Customer Service. Honesty and integrity. Shelly and Aaron fantastic in the Boucher Road store. Hope Shelly can park her car.

Matt was fantastic, we asked lots of questions which were all confidently answered. We didn't feel like it was sales pitch regarding the extras we bought, we seen them as necessities. He was easy to talk to and will go far in his career

Great customer service

I recently purchased a sofa from Sofology in Belfast. I travelled up from Dublin. All the staff were lovely and their customer service was excellent. I dealt with Shelley and she was very professional and knowledgeable of the product range. The store had an excellent choice of furniture and the furniture was of high quality. I would highly recommend Sofology in Belfast. I'm looking forward to my new sofa and chair arriving soon 😄

We’ve visited the store in Boucher Road multiple times and on our recent visit, Matthew recognised us from our previous visit. He was very helpful and informative of the product we were wanting. Very happy with the purchase and looking forward on getting our sofa!

The Islington furniture I chose was on line only and not in store to view in Belfast. However the store assistant Matthew was very helpful showing me materials and similar sofas. Also I had technical problems with internet which were sorted with help from store assistant.
