Staff was very helpful and service was good

Ellie, the young lady who helped us was excellent at her job. She knew the products well and was attentive and helpful without being over- bearing. She was professional, but also personable. She explained everything really clearly- nothing was too much trouble. She was a superstar!

Great service and good range of sofas.

We were served by a very friendly and helpful staff member called Amy who helped us with our purchase of a sofa.
Amy took her time with us and had an answer for all our questions.
Which helped us decided on our new sofa.

Absolute scam of a company took my money 4 months ago! Still no sofa or sign of any incompetent person in that company doing anything all I get everytime I call is lies lies lies! I dealt with Matthew in Belfast store but have been unable to get in contact with him directly! The Belfast store just hangs up
Every time you call. So you ring the call centre number that is the biggest joke been told for
2 months not delivery will be tomororw everytime I call and then other bullshit stories I have since contacted consumer watchdog and my solicitor. This company is the biggest scam ever avoid at all costs

She was so helpful with great advice and knowledge while I made a decision on my sofa, and made the experience so seamlessly easy while providing all the necessary information. Staff were so friendly and welcoming especially Barry who got everything sorted out for us with no fuss or hassle - very pleasant experience, would definitely recommend!

Matt in the Belfast Boucher Road store was very informative and not pushing at all for a sale, hopefully the sofa that I chose and the aftercare is of high quality as stated

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish from Salma in Belfast. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help us find the right option without any pressure.
