Salma the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about Sofology products which helped us make our decision. She was not pushy at all and explained everything.

James was brilliant. His customer service was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about the sofa I was inquiring about. He explained all the features of the sofa I was purchasing and was also the payment options available to me. He made the whole process very easy and very enjoyable.

Really good experience dealing with Barry at Sofology. He was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly knew his stuff when it came to sofas.

What stood out for me was that he didn’t come across as your typical salesperson trying to push you into buying something. He cut through a lot of the usual sales talk and just gave us honest, straightforward advice. He took the time to explain the differences between the sofas and answer all our questions without putting any pressure on us.

It was refreshing to deal with someone who actually knows his products and is more interested in helping you find the right sofa than just making a sale.

I’d definitely recommend Barry to anyone looking for a new sofa. If you’re in Sofology, ask for Barry — you won’t go wrong.

Recently ordered a leather corner sofa and there was a bit of a hitch with e mail but it was all sorted out and everyone was very helpful and Aaron who sold us the sofa was very professional and knowledgeable and really helpful. Now looking forward to our new sofa!
