The overall experience in choosing a sofa was made easier with your member of staff called Sid. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product , explained about all the different materials and finishes on the suites . Gave a good input into helping us choose, without being pushy , his opinion was genuine. Thankyou for making it a pleasurable experience and looking forward to our new suite when it arrives.

We visited the store on several occasions to make sure we were completely certain with our choice, and every time we were met with excellent customer service. I went to Sofology maybe 3 or 4 times over a few weeks to view the sofa I eventually chose. Michael was on hand to explain all the different options and answer any questions without any pressure.
