Lady Employee very helpful not pushy and explained everything very well.

Stuart was very helpful, knowledgeable and never pushy, helped us narrow down from three to the one we ended up ordering.
Another colleague (the ladies that is constantly plumping all the pillows on Sunday) was also very friendly and helpful. Good experience all round.

Friendly and helpful staff, not pushy coffee and biscuits were a nice touch.

Stuart was great, gave us the attention we needed when we came in the store but didn’t pressure us and encouraged us to take our time.

This is a genuine review of my visit to the Thurrock store today (02/11/2025). The staff were amazing and not pushy and... oh hang on a second. I think most people who give 5 stars say the same thing, and unfortunately, it feels like most of these reviews are not real.

The salespeople were great and helpful, and said today is the last day to get it delivered before Christmas. That was a little bit... pushy, but if you look for "delivery" reviews, you will soon know, this is unrealistic. I'm mentally prepared to wait 12 weeks, but so far, all I've read are the horror stories about the after-sales service and deliveries. Whatever happens to deliveries is not the salespeople's fault. They tell us what they are paid for and what we want to hear.

I loved a couple of sofas, Westwood and Wildwood. I almost ordered one just now (for £3k+), but I'm not so sure now. Sofology, if you're reading this, I have a proposition for you. I'd like to order a sofa now, but pay on delivery, if the sofa is in immaculate condition (see other reviews). How does that sound? Power Recliner Chair
Found the 2 members of staff we dealt with extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even going so far too move 2 chairs next to each other as I couldn't decide.
After having browsed in other stores the information and service given at sofology was the sway to purchase from them and they had a recliner that suited our needs.
Was not pressured during our visits ,found the store well laid out and accessible.

The sales person was excellent, we were looking for a chair and he marched it with a sofa we purchased 4 years ago, exact same leather to match.

Noshin really looked after us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted, such a lovely person!
