The customer Service from Jimmy was amazing. He answered all my questions was extremely patient and helpful. With the help from him I know I picked the right sofa.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, no t pushy for us to buy and showed interest in our thoughts. Good choice and designs.

Excellent service. The staff were very helpful all the way through and weren't trying the hard sell on us. They allowed us time to look through the different options and come to our own conclusions. Clearly high quality options when compared to the other retailers we went to.

Amazing service from Jimmy at Brent Cross. He was very patient and answered my parents questions, very helpful.

My husband and I visited recently as were looking for accent chairs. I had already found the one on the website that I wanted my husband to try. The staff member was helpful though I did all the selling to my husband 😂 We were treated respectfully and with patience. Had there been some tea/coffee available/offered I’d have given 5 stars.

We bought some new sofas from Sofology in Brent Cross today. We were very well looked after by Raza who was extremely knowledgeable and very patient, allowing us as much time as we needed to make the right choices. We are returning customers as the furniture is high quality and there is always a great range of products in the store.

Went to Sofology Brent Cross to look for our sofas after a refurb. Raza looked after us incredibly well, wasn’t forceful and made sure we had all the information before deciding on what to go for. Would recommend Sofology purely based on his customer service.

I would recommend this branch of Sofology. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and all willing to help. I found what I was looking for and anything I wasn't sure about was dealt with.
My only negative is that there are no discounts and no freebies to entice customers to spend more or seal the deal.
