Helpful and knowledgeable staff. easy ordering process, samples readily available colour samples

I had a great experience shopping at this store. The salesperson was available when we had questions, but never made us feel pressured to buy anything. I appreciated being able to browse at my own pace while knowing help was there if I needed it.

​We received outstanding customer service from the team at Sofology Brent Cross. From the moment we entered, we were greeted promptly and looked after by the friendly staff. Their guidance was invaluable in helping us select the right sofa and navigate the various options and extras. We highly recommend this store and eagerly await the delivery of our new furniture.

Awful shop manager, awful customer support. They don’t listen and don’t help to resolve issues. Everything is black or white.

Tho, the sales person, a nice lady, tried her best to accommodate me but her manager shut her down.

Babil/Babul Ahmed was extremely helpful and stayed patient throughout. Even when his shift had ended, he didn’t rush the process or show any frustration.
He explained the care cleaning and extras and gave us time to think and allowed us to change our mind too.
The store smelt amazing!

Everything was good until the order was placed. Sasan helped us out for hours and was very attentive 10/10. Ended up paying an additional £350 to change the colour of the sofa’s which had NOT gone into production. Then when I said il just cancel and order again, I was told that I’m not allowed to cancel and I MUST take delivery of my order. It’s a shame because everything was all good until companies feel they can say what they want to get their way. I’m fine I gave the £350 anyways but you will also get your well deserved 1 star 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽
