The salesman knew his job well, my senior who has severe back problems due to an accident was made very comfortable, he was allowed to lie on the sofa and test how comfortable it will be for him. He and us who took him was treated with respect and dignity.

We ordered a 3 seater sofa, with powered recliner, and an additional seat with powered recliner, when thisxwas delivered it was only a standard extra seat, not powered. We have complained 3 times, with ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY, we are now contacting head office, trading standards and the companies directors. We will give them 7 days to fix this. Next will be legal through small claims and picketing the branch and asking new customers if they think this is good enough, before they go in store. All we wanted was our ordered delivered correctly, but they think ignoring me will work, THEY ARE WRONG BEWARE BE CAUTIOUS

What a fantastic experience of choosing our furniture at Sofology, Cambridge. As we entered the store we received a very warm welcome with a if you need any assistance just ask and allowed to browse. We approached Ethan the store assistant after making our choice.
Ethan was very knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful, no pressure sales, insisting the choice is ours. The whole process was so relaxed and comfortable and Ethan went though every detail in a totally understandable manner. We walked away very happy with our purchase and the excellent service and respect we received.

Helpful staff who gave us time to browse and then complete the purchase of two settees. Happy to recommend and use again.

We had a lovely chap called Ethan who helped us with a choice of sofas today. His knowledge about his products was impressive. He was able to help us with all our questions and gave us brilliant advice about each sofa. It was really good to speak to someone not forcing us to make a purchase he just let us browse for as long as we wanted and then helped us when we had made the decision to buy.

I liked shopping in your store because the salesperson greeted me then left me alone until was I needed them. Doesn’t happen in many shops but it makes all the difference to not being hassled . So thank you xx
