Very pleased with the sales experience and advice. Pleased also with the standard of the furniture. We managed to find what we were looking for and were able to discuss colours etc. Really good Salesman.

Ryan, the seller was brilliant. The shop enabled us to visualize.

This is the worst experience I have EVER had..You cannot get past the support team . Complaints teams are made impossible to access. Email addresses can't be contacted. We have been on the phone for 4 hours trying to resolve a price match promise..we have got nowhere..I have a formal complaint email that cannot be accepted anywhere..Don't ever try and get a price match it doesn't happen !!!..We have proof our sofa was dropped in price by £500..before delivery..we haven't had it delivered yet!..We were promised the final payment would be rectified..with the money off..they have tried everything to not pay us!..even told it didn't apply to our sofa..we have screen shots and the campaign information but still not accepting it..we have tried to cancel and told we will lose our deposit..which I don't believe is legal..I am trying to send an email with a formal complaint to request cancellation and deposit refunded under section 75..all I wanted was my lovely Sofa..What a disgusting Company

In store service was first class. No pressure sales with great advice. Delivery lead time was long but clear comms with efficient service. Bluetooth on sofa is not great, difficult to get rid of lag which means speakers and vibrate are a bit of a gimmick.

As well as having fabulous sofas on display you have excellent sales team in the names of Gem and Ethan.
I started off with Gem who was delightful and offered me coffee and understood my desire to walk around the store to view all sofas and then she was very helpful in my selection process. Once decided Ethan came along to explain more about sofa shield and care kits and took the deposit at all times being very helpful as well and friendly.

Great staff on both visits, particularly Megan and Ethan, great item and great price..

Sales assistant very friendly and helpful. We were aloud to try all the sofas when we decided which one we liked the assistant showed us all the colours we could have. We were not pressured at all

The young lady at the showroom was very caring, put me at ease, explained all about the chairs. I only tried 2. But was very happy with the first one. All went well for me. at Cambridge Retail Park.
Please Trustpilot do not reply to Mr Dave Mapp (David) as he passed away in 2017 and I am finding this rather offensive and upsetting.

Was very happy with the help and advice in the local branch to help us locate exactly what we wanted. Less keen on the 7 week delivery time but understand that’s typical for sofas. Unimpressed with the order tracking, after completing the finance application we had no comms on estimated delivery or tracking update. When I tried to contact sofology it took several attempts to get an answer from them. Better visibility on what is an extremely large purchase is required!
