Had a great shopping experience in Sofolgy at Cannock today. Spoke with Kimberly who was very informative and really kind. She was the sort of person I needed when ordering and explained everything and answered all my questions. Not once did I feel pushed into anything or made to feel rushed. Liz was amazing from start to finish. She had good knowledge of the stock and was able to identify different ranges on display which matched my needs. She was patient and friendly. She was able to source what I wanted , and then when we returned to the store an hour later to make the purchase it was straight forward and against , liz displayed excellent customer service.
I had originally seen a sofa I liked at a competitor , however the customer service demonstrated by Liz is what made the sale. Thanks Liz.
