Great knowledgeable service

Everyone hates the thought of going sofa shopping. The staff following you around, they keep talking to you despite your telling them your just browsing. Well it was a totally different experience at sofology. Lovely friendly staff, no pressure sales. Beautiful collection of recliners in so many fabric choices. There really was something for everyone.
I thought they had reasonable prices despite how expensive they looked. The store is modern and clean and they make coffee that could rival any barista. Really impressed with your service and cant wait to get my new sofa.

Very knowledgeable and helpful young lady spent a long time helping us, answering all questions very professionally. She is an asset to Sofology.

Lisa was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sofas and helped us to find the right one for us, colour and size wise.
She was very friendly and gave us lots of advice about how to keep our new sofa clean with pets etc.

I was very happy with the customer service I received from Sofology. The sales representatives were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding us through the options. They took the time to understand what we wanted and made the decision-making process easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Sofology for both their product range and excellent service

Sales process was fine when I was spending money. But after sales poor. Paying process on app was poor kept showing error. Contact sofolology technical error on phone so poor and time consuming. Told them was trying to pay on app but no response. Received unsolicited email asking for money but no responses called again to ask for help to pay, even though I was told I need to pay on a secured line. I’d you do not respond to a email why would I be confident in the same email asking me to pay!!!Then told them will be going to Cannock to pay on same day which i did. Even though I paid they still cancelled my delivery even though I explained I had taken a day off. New date set but did not get the promised notice for delivery time so had to take more time of work. Sofa eventually delivered. Then at no surprise I am now getting a notification “congratulations your delivery is on its way” message to sofology IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED” what is it with big companies when spending money you walk in and a number of people greet you then after you spend that money it is a nightmare to get help and sit on phone a long time. Poor

Knowledgeable and no pressure

INformative, no pushy sales advisor who was very knowledgable and tailored offers to our requests.

Sales staff was very professional, friendly and I formative I would definitely recommend and purchase from the store again

As the sofology’s show room is local, it was good to try the sofas the assistants were professional and very helpful. Talked us through the order process and explained the additional products.
