Was treated tremendously by Lisa only issue very slow wifi

was very informatiive and polite offereda drink and biscuit gave all contacts and reassuring details answering questions about cover and cleanning very affectionate very satisfactory looking forward to my purchase

Salesperson warmly welcomed us into the showroom and allowed us to view the numerous sofas and chairs. After selecting one that we liked she helped with choosing colours and other accessories. Extremely knowledgeable and most helpful, carefully explaining everything. Easily a 5 star rating.

We were able to explore the store without any hassle from staff. We were shown how each style of sofas etc had all the sizes and there were the fabric samples for you to choose from. The process was easy for us to make a decision with the help of Sunni.

Disappointing Wood not shop at Sofology again got my full refund for city but no compensation was not my fault that the fabric on the city was damaged

First time in Sofology, I wasn't disappointed. Julie looked after us. She explained everything we needed to know. Great experience. Would recommend to family and friends.

Really great customer service especially from Jess and Kim. Both were patient, knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions.

I believe the lady was called Linda who assisted us with our decision to purchase our settee. She was very helpful and professional at all times explaining everything we needed to know without any of the sales jargon. Very pleased with the service she provided.

When we walked into the store the USUAL thing happened and we were immediately approached by a Sales person.
As we were only looking at furniture for our apartment she left us to browse, which we did unhindered.
After viewing items which wouldn't suit we then found exactly what we wanted.
We indicated to the young assistant and she was so pleasant but not pushy, she knew all about the items we were interested in and answered all our questions.
The outcome was that we purchased 2 x chairs and will be returning to find the right sofa soon.

How difficult can it be to get reclining sofas with fabric material. Been to various companies and let down by the mix of style and the fabric offerings. So the answer is, difficult! Just wanted sofa with seat a bit deeper than the standard with good choice for fabric colours.
Then went to Sofology in Cannock and met Kim. She outlined where to look and said take your time. I did, and the choice was outstanding. Had too many choices which was bizarre.
Kim spent time with me to go through my final selection. She helped me confirm my choice and fabric type/colour. Kim let me have a fabric sample to see if it would go with décor.
This is a strange task for me as my late wife would normally do all this.
So to make things a bit different the sofas had to be dog friendly as they were my rock during hard times and the sofas were for me and them. Also getting foot stool with storage for dog toys.
Well I hope my choice is OK. Kim helped with the re-assurance I needed. So went back today and ordered it.
Kim is a lovely lady and found the time to chat things through and nothing was ever difficult. I give her 110% out of 100% and Sofology a big 100% for the choices available.
Would recommend company to anybody. Don't waist your time with other companies, just go here. You will struggle not to find what you want.

Went to sofology , cannock as we had seen a sofa on the website we wanted to try. We were greeted by Lisa who offered as tea/coffee and asked if she could help. She was able to show us the sofa we had seen and left us for a few minutes to try it and she then showed us different variations and colours etc. She was extremely helpful and friendly throughout and wasn't pushy at all. Thanks to her help we were able to purchase on the spot and we are looking forward to delivery of our new sofas. The only negative was road access to the store as not well signposted.
