Great in store service at Sofology Carlisle, excellent customer service from salesman Harrison. No pushy sales pitching just good honest advice.

Went to have a look around as we are planning on getting a new sofa in a few months, was greeted on entry and said just ask if we needed any help. The salesperson constantly followed us round the store until we felt that uncomfortable we just left. Going back to DFS at least they don’t stalk you round the store.

I appreciate it more when I received and started using the sofas. They are beautiful and classy.

Excellent service. Took time to find the right settee with me. Good range of furniture to find the right one.

We bought a footstool to match a chair we bought previously.

Outstanding service from everyone in the Carlisle store, particularly Callum who was patient and understanding of our situation in placing our order. He went above and beyond in helping us through every stage of our purchase, including regular updates by email. I would highly recommend the Carlisle store as all staff are friendly, extremely professional and knowledgeable, without being pushy.

Harrison was extremely helpful. He helped us for numerous hours and advised us on all our questions. Happy with our sofa purchase choice. I never felt pressurised, hassled or rushed into the purchase. Happy with the store and the over all experience. Would highly recommend Harrison.

From entering the shop there was no hassle of anyone falling you about Mike explained a few things what to look at when choosing a sofa which was very helpful great tea. You have on buying our new sofa everything was explained to us

An excellent experience on 07/08/26. No pressure to buy. We were dealt with by Tian, who was both knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I were both impressed by his professionalism and his sense of humour. If we ever need another sofa we will definitely use Sofology. We had to amend our order the following day and this was done with no fuss whatsoever.

Great service, very helpful and patient

Made two trips to store these last couple of days, first to have a look and second to order. Met with professionalism and welcoming staff on both occasions. All staff engaged but the two that helped us on both occasions made the purchase so much more easier. Firstly Melissa on the first day, thank you and the Harrison when we came in to order.
Harrison made the experience so much less stressful with his knowledge of the products, had a little hiccup with the order on returning home, straight on the phone to Harrison who sorted the issue immediately and very satisfactorily. Thank you, very much looking foward to our sofa arriving for our new home and would recommend Sofology to everyone 😀
