Was attended to by Mariola at the Coventry branch. Very helpful and knowledgeable and made shopping experience a joyful experience

Mariola at the Coventry store was outstanding. She made our purchase of the Hackney sofas effortless, offering just the right balance of guidance and space for us to make our decision with confidence. Her approach made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Corey at Sofology Coventry was very helpful and we were able to go home, check the measurements and then complete the order online which he had outlined in store.

A good experience walked around without getting pounced on by a pushy sales team, staff were polite said good morning and left us to it, we chose a sofa acknowledged a sales man whos name is Corey and then he came over to us. Answered all of our questions (very knowledgeable) would recommend Sofology Coventry a nice shopping experience and looking for our new sofa to be delivered.

Hello Sofology team.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for Thomas and the exceptional service he provided during our recent visit. His knowledge and expertise truly made us feel welcome. and valued.

Thomas answered all of our questions with ease and patience, which meant a lot to us, especially as we had two
young children in tow. He presented us with various options and offered honest
